It seems like a majority of your viewers are women but as a man who is a runner, does conventional weight training, and wants to improve my balance and strengthening all over, this was fantastic! I've always appreciated and been envious of ballet so looking forward to continue to do this and more of your videos!

I wish I could like this video a thousand times. This has been my go-to workout for years. I'll do something different for awhile, but then I always come back to this. It's by far my favorite for being a true full-body workout, and one that, when done properly, does not leave you in pain. I recommend it to everyone. Thank you!!!!

Love, love this challenge Jacquelyn! I had been doing another Ballet UA-cam workout video for about a year, and decided I needed a change, when I saw yours. I just had my 73rd birthday and love that I'm doing your video's and keeping up the pace! I'm totally enjoying the variety and especially the challenge you present. I feel sooo strong and good after your videos! Just amazing! Its been almost 2 weeks of doing yours, and I see a definite muscle tone building in my thighs and arms. Oh my, my obliques and derrière definitely feeling the burn and they're a little sore! That's okay, that just tells me I'm doing it right! I also love how "real" you are.....hearing you breathe, and how you push right along with your viewers is a bonus! I look forward to working out with your videos. I used to take bar method classes and absolutely loved it. Best workout ever. Started classical ballet when I was 5 but discontinued taking lessons 10 years later although Ive always loved it. Last year I moved to a place where there’s no BM anywhere near and I’m noticing that my posture is suffering. So happy I found you. ❤️❤️ thank you so much.
This is my first Barre workout with you and I can't believe I am dripping in sweat and burned 202 calories with this 30 min workout. I am a professional figure skater trying to keep that toned look and this was it! Thank you for blowing my mind. I'm a fan! Subscribed!

This was so much sweatier, harder and funnier i expected! Definitely my favorite barre workout so far!! It tests all strenght, mobility and balance which is so great, and also really targets all the muscles! Good job ❤❤
