You're great at explaining the mechanics of it, so simpple and effeective, it really is amazing how you can make someone activate the right muscles by just explaining and speaking, no need to be there fisically. 100000%

I really liked this routine. What I love about your barre routines is that I can do them anywhere, without equipment, and without risk of injury. At 61, I've learned to listen to my body, something I lose when in a class environment, often too concerned with how I look or trying to keep up to those around me. The strength combined with lengthening and balance, are exactly what I was looking for.

I like how this entire workout felt; I knew that I was primarily working my inner thigh, but I could feel other muscles kicking in. I love this inner thigh workout. It is hard to work that area, and this is perfect! Thank you, Jacquelyn!
Another amazing workout! 😍 I really liked these moves : « the pull the knee in, extend out, lift and down » and « the showgirl inner thigh » haha! Such creative moves! I had never seen them before! Thank you so much for your videos! 🙏🏾

Hi Jacquelyn, just done this workout, found one off them a bit tricky the lift leg high and the other one to meet it, but I'm sure I'll conquer it eventually 😊 Inner thighs time to twindle away. Have added it to my fav list.....Thank you.💕
