    For all of you who sit for hours on end, are on your feet carrying heavy weight, working outside or in the yard - this practice is for you! Many people, near the end of their day, have back pain and/or discomfort from living our lives the way we do. Here's a little evening yoga practice to help stretch your back out, relieve some tension, and open up space to breathe and enjoy your evening/sleep well.

    Hi Aprill, thanks for another great video. I have a special request. I am now my husband’s caregiver in a hospice situation at home in the end stages of bone cancer. I find I’m not taking time, because I have a hard time actually finding the time, to take care of my own body. I’m used to being more active and just want my body not to deteriorate because of this important gig in our marriage of many years. Very wordy but wonder if you can come up with a quiet video to help caregivers like me support our bodies and relieve stress?🙏🏽❤️

      Dear Kathy - first, let me send you a big hug for all that you are doing right now for your husband and this last period of his life. Being a caregiver is a beautiful and loving gift you can give someone. It also takes a huge amount of energy to be a caregiver.
