    What is resilience? Resilience is the mind and body's ability to bounce back, recover, come back to center from a challenge, change, or difficulty. And resilience is something we can strengthen. How? Every time we practice, we can build resilience through awareness, breath, nonjudgment, and compassion.
    Join me for an extended full body practice where we explore resilience, moving from the upper body meridians to the lower body meridians.

    Thank you for creating and holding space to be and feel and explore.
    Shifting from high alert to soft rest is exactly what I need to learn. In between this class, I had to go care for my 18 moth old daughter, as she woke up and was very needy and uneasy. So I came back to it afterwards and experienced exactly what you was talking about ^^

    Hi Aprille, I read your update and am commenting there.
    Your videos are one of the things that have helped keep my ptsd stable over the last three years. I follow the yin yoga series and it has been transformative for my mental health and my relationship with my body, as well as how I approach working out.
    Sending you so much love and support as you navigate these challenging times. May things become lighter soon and may you have the space to sit with the grief. Tried looking for a way to msg on insta but couldn't find it so leaving a comment here. ❤❤❤❤

    Thank you for this practice. I would like to ask you if you would consider this practice grounding? I am looking for a grounding practice that is not a large challenge at this time.

      This is a full body practice so definitely grounding overall. I think of resilience as staying grounded whenever things are going on so, yes!
