I too found this workout to be very relaxing; it helped me to get grounded, and slow down. The only pose I had difficulty with was the one requiring me to support myself on my elbow; I had to get out of the pose early for that one. But I could see how it was good for my lower back area. I liked your comments on how adrenals can get out of whack, and how important they are to maintain in a healthy manner. Good reminders.

Cat Pulling It's Tail has several variations - one is to lie on your side and reach back for the bottom leg with more of a twisting action (I use that version more often), and this takes the longer arm/shoulder hold out of the pose (something to try if you see this pose again). Welcome! We live in a world where adrenal fatigue is the new normal - sadly. It's good to care for ourselves, slow down and rest/heal and find a more balancing energy level for our days/nights. Absolutely what I need on a regular basis, as tend to run high & burnout. Really essential now, as been feeling a lot of pain in lower back. This did the trick!! Love you in blue too~perfect for the Water element!!💙💙💙🦋🦋🦋💙💙💙

Not specifically Martha as tinnitus can have multiple causes that would be challenging to cover in one practice. However, Yin Yoga helps with settling, grounding, and stress reduction which all could help. Let me do some research though and see if I can create something that might help (you are not the first to ask me about this). Putting it on my list now!
