I've been having such a hard time getting back at it with working out. Most youtube videos just haven't worked for me. The instructors just don't seem realistic and beginner exercises seem far from it. Your video was the first that I could actually pretty much do! I tried this channel/workout for the first time. I searched for dumbbells workout and this video came up that had a 10 min workout. I think I made the best decision to try this. 15 secs break and clear explanation of the exercises drew me to continue and complete the exercises. Thank you

Love this one! Sometimes I struggle to get through the harder or longer videos but found this really achievable but not too easy, great balance! and I have the option to increase the weights I'm using so can build up and keep enjoying the same videos. Thank you

Hey Rima! Yes check out my ab workouts they will strengthen your muscles in the waist area. If you mean to lose fat round the waistline no exercises exist for that as you cannot spot reduce body fat. You need to reduce it from all over, in which case a mixture of cardio workouts and strength workouts will be great. I’m uploading some cardio ones soon ☺️ x

Hi i wanted to know if i use heavier and heavir weights i will have muscles in my arms ?and eating healty
As long as you don’t slam these on the ground after each set like a typical dumbbell then these will work just fine.
