No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

I like that it's short enough to fit in a break & can challenge my muscles and heart depending on speed and weight. I replaced the floor move with table top chest press wide & narrow--easier on joints, but still challenging. I am finding in recent workouts that you talk so fast at the end that really new watchers might have a hard time understanding. Thanks for another breaktime workout!
I’ve been following your monthly challenges but just couldn’t fit todays in. This workout was perfect! My heart rate was up the entire time and felt like I got a great work out in just 10 mins
I did your 30 minute Cardio Tabata this morning and wanted to add some strength in today and this was perfect! Love the compound moves! Feeling strong now! 💪❗

I couldn't fit this one in yesterday so I did it today. Definitely got my heart rate up there! I used my husbands 20 lb dumbbells for the first round of swings and it was awesome! Thanks for all your workouts Amy!

I tacked this on after doing your recent 20min HIIT and they worked perfectly together for a full 30min of intense🔥🔥. And it ends my favourite way🙋♀️....with a swing!!❤❤
Hi Amy you have no idea how hard I have to keep looking for weights workout that are doable fun and burn the calories for sure I still use your dumbell abs till date please please please do some more cardio/standing abs with weights your workouts are the most effective lots of love from India 💕🙏💪 more power to you doll
