- Join me for this 10 Minute Quick Hiit Workout with Weights. This is an efficient full body workout for strength, cardio and toning and all you need is a little space to move and your favorite weights. As always I’ll give you different options and modifications for all fitness levels. Let’s do it!

The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

Haha a grumpy baby means he's my kettlebell.. I chuckle when sometimes people ask his name, and I'm tempted to say "this is kettlebell!" 😂 Love revisiting all these quick videos when I'm short on time between naps!

I like that it's short enough to fit in a break & can challenge my muscles and heart depending on speed and weight. I replaced the floor move with table top chest press wide & narrow--easier on joints, but still challenging. I am finding in recent workouts that you talk so fast at the end that really new watchers might have a hard time understanding. Thanks for another breaktime workout!

I'm late to this party. One of Amy's from Back In The Day :) I had it saved in case I wanted a quick hit workout to finish up after a longer cardio ... and today was that day.
I’ve been following your monthly challenges but just couldn’t fit todays in. This workout was perfect! My heart rate was up the entire time and felt like I got a great work out in just 10 mins

I tacked this on after doing your recent 20min HIIT and they worked perfectly together for a full 30min of intense🔥🔥. And it ends my favourite way🙋♀️....with a swing!!❤❤
