Well done I’m the same age and prefer not to lift more than 2kg (1.8lbs!) but still get a good burn. Well tricep dips are good plus push-ups of course with elbows close to sides-keep it up! 😊👍💪

I've looked at approximately 5 zillion upper body workout videos. This is the ONLY one I've found that I know I can use repeatedly. As mentioned, no irritating chatter, no screaming and no distracting music. Plus the onscreen timers are welcome, as is the 15 second rest between moves.

I'm 68 and LOVED working out at the gym where I was often the only female and always the oldest person there; but I worked hard, was fit and toned and earned the respect of the young guys so I felt comfortable there. Sadly it closed in December 2021 due to Covid restrictions and never opened again. When the restrictions were lifted, it was the summer [too hot to train], then I put on weight and lost the confidence to join another gym [elderly women DO NOT weight-train in Greece!]. Now i hate the way I look and am trying hard to get my body presentable for the beach next summer, working out at home. I have a permanently damaged knee so cannot do programmes that need me to get up/down on the floor - so this workout was perfect! I used 2kg bars and it was challenging enough for me at the moment...but I'll be back to do it again! I'm looking at your other workouts too now.....
I like your videos because you speak, a lot of channels don't speak during the workout that makes me distracted mid way often into very unrelated thoughts. Being spoken to makes me feel someone is with me, and it just brings me back from any day dreaming

I love your standing arm workouts (w.dumbells)--I think I've done perhaps 7 to 9 maybe more different ones--15, 20, & 25 minute intervals. But this may be the best one of all, for me anyway. I love each set, the ranges of motion you put together, the compound movements. Really, really good as are all of your others. But something about this one felt to me like it really worked the targeted muscle groups (biceps, triceps, shoulders) fantastically. Superb. I'll be coming back to this one repeatedly. The exercises are simple, but effective. I love that the way each round combines two moves into one - I'm the kind of person who would get bored doing even 45 seconds of the same move! Just enough variety to keep my brain busy, super effective and challenging while still being accessible for beginners, and the 45 seconds on/15 seconds off structure is perfect! You won me over with this one for real

This was a perfect arm workout for me, day 1. Doable but still challenging enough, I haven't broken into a sweat lifting before like this so im excited to keep it up.
This was amazing! I stopped working out several, several months ago and today I decided to give this a try. today I'm so glad I did! My arms are burning 😂 It's just the perfect amount for someone getting back into the rhythm. I have to say that it's also very encouraging when you say you feel the burn as well. Oftentimes, I don't feel too encouraged when a trainer doesn't look like they're struggling a bit. I guess I like it because it feels like someone else is struggling along with me, even if they are way ahead of me!

This was amazing! I stopped working out several, several months ago and today I decided to give this a try. today I'm so glad I did! My arms are burning 😂 It's just the perfect amount for someone getting back into the rhythm. I have to say that it's also very encouraging when you say you feel the burn as well. Oftentimes, I don't feel too encouraged when a trainer doesn't look like they're struggling a bit. I guess I like it because it feels like someone else is struggling along with me, even if they are way ahead of me!
Wah~! I feel so proud of myself for finishing this workout and enjoying it at the same time! I'm so insecure of my arms and this workout is just 😘. My weight is 59.30 kg and I hope in 3 - 4 months I'll be able to lose weight and be much stronger compared today! 😊😊😊😊

I was doing it for about 2 months twice a week with 2kg dumbells, because I never did before any excercises with weights and I thought I cannot handle heavier weights, but now it seems too easy with 2kg, so today I received my new 4kg dumbells and I look forward to try them tonight 🤩 thank you!
Thank you!!! I am truly enjoying your arm workouts. It was my New Year’s resolution to get my bat wing arms toned up. I am not one that enjoys working out!! I started out the new year recovering from knee surgery…so I started with no weights, then went to 3 lbs. and now I am at 5! I know that doesn’t sound like a lot but from somebody that didn’t work out this is a big deal for me!!
