Your videos are so clear and helpful, you remind me which muscles to squeeze while I follow you instructions and even the way you position yourself in front of the mirror so we can see how you move and stand from all angles helps so much. So thank you for helping a disabled women stay fit!

Hi Nicole, it would be great to see more upper body dumbbell workouts like this as well as lower body workouts too, at the 30 minute mark. Keep up the good work.
I would aim to do a minimum of two strength training workouts a week I advise - one lower and one upper. As long as you rest the muscle group you worked the day after then you can fit it in as many times as you can/want to ☺️
