Okay, this workout is no joke! I loved it! I find those short ones extremely useful since I am a student and I sit all day studying for my exams and this proved to be an extremely enjoyable way to spend my rests! Thank you for the amazing job!

Hey Maddie, I've been a fan of you and your workouts for a while now and I was wondering of you could do like a calf workout that can like tone and slim down my calves. My calves are a huge insecurity for me, since your workouts work so well for me I was hoping you could make a workout video dedicated to toning and slimming my calves. ❤
I love how intense your sessions are but people can make them less intense if needs be, without having to select a specific video. I only had time for 10 minds before work today and feel great after your session. Thank you

the workout (with tens) squat + overhead press push up to plank jack alternating push up and plank jack single leg deadlift to overhead press table top position, alternating back rows reverse lunge to hammer curl right leg reverse lunge to hammer curl left leg
I loved this! Did 10 hill sprints up my drive way beforehand to warm up and this was the perfect thing to follow that. Quick but challenging and definitely worked up a serious sweat!! Thanks

Great video even if, like I, you are out of shape. I can do the demonstration moves and start each exercise, then modify as I need but KEEP GOING with her. I finished the video with her as best as I could, heeding her coaching, and pushing myself some but not harming myself at all. I look forward to being (a bit) more like her tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow...
