Hi, im 14 now and about 183-4(6'0),my father is 6'2 and mom is 5'3,older brother is about 6'0.I worry because i think i grew just about 2-3 cms since last year. I usually sleep about 8 hours and my diet was never problem(lot of eggs, meat, vegetables and fruit). How tall do you think that i can be and will i hit another growth spurt? Maybe 6,4. But sometimes if your that tall that young you fully grew earlier than normal

I think its because they might have had more exposion to sunlight and they also could have eaten more and did more exercices or sports earlier on in their life before turning 15

It's not possible to grow taller once your growth platelets are closed. We all shrink from morning to night by roughly 3/4". Any stretching exercise might temporarily bring you back to your out of bed morning height but gravity will shrink you back to your lowest height of the day. All of us only stand at are tallest for the 1st hour out of bed. For the majority of a 24 hour day, we stand at our lowest height. So most folks think grow taller videos work because they measure themselves in the morning after exercising. If they measure themselves 4 or 5 out of bed, they'll be nearly an inch shorter. Most people are unaware that we shrink anywhere from a half inch to a full inch after being awake for 4 or 5 hours.
I don't think capabilities of human body is limited God gave us a unique and a powerful body we haven't actually activated our true potential I did streching and started sleeping well ,ate more protein,did body weight exercises and always think about growing I tried to force my mind that if I don't grow tall I'll die and what do ya know I grew an inch in a month I'm 20 if u try anything is possible

Agreed but with proper nutrition, sleep and exercise, it is definitely possible to gain a few inches and you're right about stretching, however, if we do them continuously, it definitely will help us grow an inch or two. Who knows we could even grow more!
