Im 17, but my height is only 169 (5'6.5) i was supposed to be 5'9 according to my height age percentile, im hoping im a late bloomer.
You didn't hit puberty that much than you should be like you didn't grow a lot of beard or even best you don't have it, it's like saying it is possible that you are late bloomer if your body is still like a 12-13yr old teenager. (I'm an early bloomer and saying this by personal experience)
@@emperion10 bro i grew to 5.6 when i was 13-14 and i am almost 17(16 10months) and havent grown a since bit ig, My hands are smaller than ppl my height too, the bottoms when i was 14 still fit me the same, high pitched voice etc etc. pretty sure i am a late bloomer but Maomao is great in the field of height related niche so would love to hear it from him.

Hello, my name is Ian and I am from Argentina. Two months ago I discovered your channel and the truth is that I have learned a lot. This last year I have experienced several signs of puberty such as beard growth, faster hair growth on both my head and the entire body. Also slight voice changes, an insatiable appetite and Osgood Schlatter syndrome. I am currently 16 years and 7 months old but these signs started when I was 15 years and 8 months old. I am a man and I have always dedicated myself to sports throughout my life. I currently play basketball and I am trying to include a sports gym in my routine. In my case I am a very slow growing boy and my pediatrician said that I would grow until I was around 20 years old, I am glad that I was able to study everything related to growth and be able to improve my lifestyle even more from now on, improving more my diet, giving more importance to my sleep and supplementing myself so that my body does not lack anything. Currently: 172.4 cm and about 73 kg.

Quick question. Not just sleeping early and really well, but do you think also keeping stress and anxiety levels as low as possible during the spurt and growing years will also help the bones and body grow a lot? Like the less emotional stress and negative life events during the growing years, the easier it may be for the body to peacefully grow taller?
I was always curious how mental stress can affect ones growth spurt if they’re very stressed so not having the most peaceful sleep during the growth years.

I recently discovered your channel as I was searching on how to get taller. I watched some of your videos and I subscribed just now. I am 15 years old, turning 16 in about 5 months or so. I think I hit puberty at around age 10 to 12, probably 11 or 12 but noticed changes at age 12. So I may be done growing as I had my growth spurt, I'm slightly taller than my parents. I haven't had an accurate measurement but I guess that I am around 5'5 to 5'7, I want to at least get to 5'9 or possibly higher. I think I am done with puberty or almost done with puberty so I just have to eat a healthy balanced diet and get enough sleep and hope for the best. But yeah, I should be grateful anyways.

I've been following all of your videos. I've been doing 100 mini jumps and 30 big jumps like you've mentioned and I've been hanging on the bar as well as eating a lot of food. I'm trying to get more sleep but I'm not consistent at it. Currently almost 5'2 (*almost*) and I'm 16 with short parents. I'm grinding and I'd do anything to meet you in person. A Good video idea would be the different types of stretching and exercises for increasing your height

if your parents are taller than you currently then you are not cooked, you are just a late bloomer or avg heighted kid that will grow up to 5'7

Late bloomer most likely, I’ve just turned 16 and I’m 5’8.4. But I used to be 5’7 only a few months ago. As I grew I’ve noticed body hair so you will probably blossom at 17 👌🏻

I am also 15 and I think my puberty is ending or has ended. I am turning 16 in around 5 months and I think I hit puberty at around age 10 to 12, or maybe like 11 to 12 but I noticed changes at age 12. I am hoping I can still grow taller, I have had my growth spurt and I'm taller than my parents like a few inches or so, I am trying to sleep well and have a healthy diet but if I do not grow any taller I should be grateful for what I have anyways

YES, there's a chance, I was 5ft11 inches at 17, measured by a doctor, I just turned 18 and I'm 6,2 measured again by the same exact doctor.
Men usually stop growing at 18, but if you hit puberty late at 14 to 15 then boys usually first stop growing at 20.
