It depends when your puberty started. Try to ask your brother when was his growth spurt and what was his height at 16 and also how much he grew around 15 if it was not his growth spurt. If it was next to your's you likely to be more than 6 feet. But if your growth spurt was like 12 years old and you grew 1.5 inches last year do you might get it.

Hello, on Monday I did training, I trained jumps, only 100 jumps, a day later my bone started hurting, the tuberosity of the tibia was not strong enough, then the next day I started having pain in the joints around my ankles and knees, as well as this bone, and I don't know until after these jumps or maybe will this be the second growth spurt? i have 17,5-8 years
then it's probably the patellar tendon. you might have some form of OSD (Osgood-Schlatter's Disease) like i do and I got diagnosed with it by an orthopedic pediatrician. You can do the same, the whole thing is it's always an overuse injury so even if ur growing really fast or growing in general, it won't matter unless ur at least somewhat active.

No, it's an indirect cause. More rather, if coffee (or the caffeine) is ruining your sleep, stop drinking it. Sleep is a big (if not the biggest because it's when HGH is released) factor in growth. So if you can't drink a cup or two of coffee without it lasting throughout the night when you should be sleep, don't drink it. However if otherwise you can drink it and it doesn't last too long or affect your sleep, it should be fine.
My grandma tells me he was the same height as me when he was my age I have very similar genes to him and both sides of my family are 185cm to 198cm when it comes to the men most of my genes are intirrely tall genes

it doesn't stunt your growth. There's a difference in what estrogen does. Stunting would be not having an overall good diet, sleep, or lack of exercise. Estrogen plays a role in when your plates that bone grow from will close.

If you feel pain stop for while. If it continue painful even after days inactive this is probaly growth
