20 min SOLID ARMS + ABS WORKOUT with dumbbells at home

- It is time to strengthen your arms and tone your abs! We will use dumbbells to work out the upper body and core to build muscle, burn calories, and lose fat all in 20 minutes! This workout is perfect at home when you are short on time or after a fresh cycling workout! We will work the shoulders, biceps, triceps, back, chest, and core for a solid burn!
You will need dumbbells for this strength workout, I will be using a light, medium, and heavy set, listen to your body, and use weights appropriate for you. We will work through each exercise for 30 seconds and take recovery for 15 seconds. While working take each exercise at your own pace, take breaks, modify as needed, and focus on form.
REMINDER! This is YOUR time, so make every second COUNT!

I'm still feelin' it the next day and it feels GREAT! I have to say; I've taken a lot of fitness classes and its so encouraging to see you struggle with heavy weights too....I know that kinda sounds bad, but I mean it in a good way I swear! In most of the classes I've taken, the instructor is throwing around weights like it doesnt phase them at all and does the entire workout without breaking a sweat, meanwhile I'm over here drenched, out of breath and it feels like I have noodles for arms. It makes me feel like there's no way I'm going to get to their level of "fit" so why even try? Different people are on all different fitness levels and I get it, they workout for their job so of course they're going to be crazy strong, but when I see that you're also struggling a bit or having to push through, its encouraging to me because I'm like "hey, me too!!" Almost like you're acknowledging; yes, this is a tough workout but you can do it, keep going! It helps me push through each exercise even when I don't think I can do anymore reps. Really excited to incorporate the strength channel into my weekly workout routine! Thank you so much for all you do!!

Did this workout today and loved it! So efficient. I actually bought some 15 lb dumbbells to make sure I could go heavy enough. My original set only went up to 12.5 lbs. Mission accomplished!! My arms feel like floppy rubber bands.
