Triceps Workout at Home with Dumbbells | Arms Workout Part 2

  • It's TRICEPS time in our FOCUSED series! This strength workout is really going to help YOU focus on the back of your arms to strengthen and define the 3 heads of your tricep muscles! This is the perfect at home workout because all you need are your dumbbells!
    It's time to build and burn! This workout has a similar format to our other FOCUSED series workouts. We have 3 circuits, each circuit has 2 rounds and each round will have 3 exercises. Each exercise we will work for 40 seconds and recovery for 20 seconds and after each circuit, you will get 60 seconds of rest. We will focus on strength and stabilization working single-arm in the first circuit, strength for both arms in circuit two and we will really challenge those muscles with the final round by changing our tempo and including pulses!
    Grab a weight that will challenge you, but also allow you to maintain proper form! I will of course remind you of form throughout this workout to make sure you are getting the most out of each rep!
    You can modify by shortening the working times and increasing the recovery times, and also lower or increase weight as you feel necessary.
