Hey T C. I appreciate all the videos and have learned a lot. In September 2021 I was training 3 times a day high intensity like an idiot. My body completely gave out. I had been keto for a couple years and had really bad indigestion. When my body gave I got reactive hypoglycemia, parts of my hair fell out, insomnia, gained 30 lbs, dark circles around eyes, constant debilitating fatigue, pale stool, undigested food in stool etc....now watching your videos I am using beet flow and hcl. Stool is dark brown now and much more formed and not greasy. I only eat chicken thighs, broccoli/cauliflower, butter, boiled sweet potatoes, oranges, pineapples, organic grapes, kiwis. I drink water and sip a little kombucha that's not sweet at all. I'm using Redmond's real salt . If I don't eat a certain amount of carbs I get insomnia so I have to eat fruit. I guess my question is this. Mentally this has been the hardest thing I've ever gone through in my life. I look like shit and my thoughts can be really dark sometimes. How long does it take someone to get back to normal once they actually start digesting and absorbing food? I've tried working out but even a 30 minute walk destroys my body and I'm recovering for a week or more. Once again I really appreciate all the help I finally started making progress when I saw your videos
Hi Aristotle Vargo. I'm so happy that our videos have been able to help you find some answers. It sounds like you're on the right track, and all the symptoms you were dealing with certainly make a lot of sense for someone who was not pulling nutrients out of the food they were eating. As far as long it takes, it really depends on how everything is going and how much you have truly corrected. It sounds like you might still be dealing with low electrolyte issues and some hypoglycemic problems. If you haven't gone through our free digestion course yet, that is an absolute must so you can know where all your numbers are and continue to make corrections until those numbers are looking good. You can find that free course here: kickitnaturally.com/course and if you haven't seen our video on hypoglycmia yet, that could give good insights too: ua-cam.com/video/dJ9rbwORqF8/v-deo.html FInally, if you get really stuck, you can learn about working with me one-on-one and what that takes to make happen here: kickitnaturally.com/working-with-tony/ These are all things I've been able to help many clients fix, but they can sometimes be a little more complicated so it's okay if you need some help on some of these topics. Keep us posted on how it goes.
what do u thnik: take suplements during fasting.. but pure powder (no celulose capsule no geltain notinhg just pure powder for example magnesium glycinate before sleep)
Hi Mohammad, I have a video about how I lost my voice for 8 years and how I fixed it here: ua-cam.com/video/Ry_mGzS6JU4/v-deo.html I have a video on treating hiatal hernia coming out in the next few weeks so make sure you're subscribed.
Hey Hip Hop Man. Great idea for a video so I'll add it to the list. The Hulda Clarke cleanse is a popular one, but the biggest mistake I see people make is they they try to do some cleanse, but then they don't correct the acid function in the stomach, and the lack of acid is usually how the parasites got in in the first place. Here is our video on correcting acid function and digestion: ua-cam.com/video/DVN2LgMNgIM/v-deo.html
@@KickItNaturally one more question. What would you say about this cleanse mentioned in this video ➡️ ua-cam.com/video/M0L8DpQoIUM/v-deo.html. Does it seems to be effective from your point of view?
How is Intermittent Fasting working for you and your body chemistry?

I know It's not related to this video but do you have any tips on parasite cleanse?

I don't have any experience with that one. But most people do need to use more than one thing when trying to wipe out parasites.
Would lowering high carbs to medium carbs help the body burn fat as a fuel when fasting even though the body is used to running on high carb
Our video on metabolic flexibility will give you more insights: ua-cam.com/video/un3B-YLEViw/v-deo.html
Very educative
Thanks Barbara! Glad it was helpful.
I like the '76 Gremlin. Wish I still had one.
