Most of us out here who are trying to get fit can't do what he is doing. And most people who are fit aren't looking for videos on YT to get more fit because they have it down already. Out of shape people like me have no reason to be on this channel if we can't do the same moves he is..and will get hurt trying.

Just searched today for a burpee workout, easily got to ur video, first time doing this kind of workout (i've been 4-5 months doing calisthenics), did it all along, just couldn't follow for a few seconds last three excersices, love ur content
A nice variety of moves here👌 Not a fan of the burpees where the knees are on the floor "worming up" but they are a good stepping stone to the strict ones.
The worming is actually the strict and efficient way of doing it. And a way to prove your chest is on the floor. Rather than some people doing the push-up but actually not touching chest to floor.
Technically a strict Burpee as was invented by Royal Burpee maintains a strict plank and does not include a push up. Technically, in order for it to be a strict push up, the plank must be maintained. So maintaining plank is objectively the strict form. Efficiency, or making the move easier, is not really the goal of the burpee - testing and building strength / endurance is.
Hi Alex, I was wondering what type of resistance band you use for your resistance band workouts? Because I got a resistance bands yesterday from Walmart because I was travelling and I still wanted to build some muscle, however I found I bought the wrong ones which was used for smaller exercises that contract a tension.
Do you prefer it if I include a cool down at the end? Or share a link to a cool down video?

It depends on your goals and your other training. Generally speaking, burpees can be done every day
