LOVED THIS. One adjustment that I made, last set, third move, I did mountain climber, then knee to elbow, then cross body knee to elbow. I also wore ankle weights! Just options. I'll be doing this again! This was also perfect to segway into my Sunday deep stretch yoga practice.
