Wow, Alex. This workout was definitely epic. I sweated it out. For a few of the exercises, I had to stop a few seconds before the 40-sec mark. Thank you! PS. The Coach mode on your app sounds interesting. If that means a workout program with complete videos, rather than the app-based mode, I am looking forward to learning more about it. I like these video-style workouts.
