I signed up and I am loving all of you guys !!!You are all such great instructors and getting me back in my game. I have been instructing yoga for 21 years then suffered a torn rotator cuff which resulted in arthroscopic surgery and as I was healing from that I developed cancer. So I haven't done yoga in over a year but have recently been released by my doctors to practice again, Well, I cannot get enough of you and Lauren and all of the fabulous teachers! I love this class, it came to me at the perfect time. I’m vacationing in Barcelona and have been walking around 10 to 12 hours per day. Today I took a rest a the hotel, and found this 30 min yin yoga class, perfect 👍 to get ready for the nocturnal tour. Thank you 🙏. I enjoy a lot your classes.

Thank you for this class, it helps a lot. Getting to know yin practice with a hope to restore balance in my body. I may be referred to a neurology doctor next week with some intermittent troubles in back (disc protruso and small joint pain), but I have improved with some prescribed medicine already - and your class was my first exercise.
Rand new to yoga after 10-12 years of desk work - limited / intermittent mild excercise. I have made it through 20+ days of your power yoga series I adore - but my growing business and entrepreneurial lifestyle /travel get in way. This yin series has slowly over the past two weeks setllted me into a ryhtm of inner peace, calm, focus and improved movement and stability - thank you beyond words!!! My goal - is to stay on it daily as I have been, slow release my “piano String” hamstrings and hips to wry doom touch my toes again. Ultimate goal - head to knees. Travis your calm explanations of the movements and philosophy of the practiced mixed are beyond bliss! Thank you

Hi Travis, first of all I want to thank you for the lovely yoga you offer online. This is the first time I am leaving a comment, although I have been following various 30 and 45 minute classes for many months now. I too, have been a yoga instructor for over 20 years and I find the yin classes so much harder than the power yoga practices. I struggle with my mind in the yin classes. Personally, I therefore find it helpful, when there are moments of absolute silence during the long yin poses. This allows me to go inward and helps me to focus on taming my mind. Awesome class! I love to do it right before sleep. Sometimes just not easy to hold the tripod pose in a relaxed way. When I loose all my muscles I slide of of the pose.

Any tips for stretching out the front hips? I thought I was fairly flexible but with the half frog moves here, I couldn't move forward at all, felt completely locked out. (Opted for the variation but my hips are definitely my point that needs most work)
