Thank you. This was so helpful. Over the years I resisted Yoga because I didn't grasp it's benefits. I felt I was wasting time when I could be lifting dumbbells or doing cardio. You converted me. Maybe I had to be at a point in my life to be more receptive but your approach brought me to this point of awareness.
Hi Devi, I’m very grateful too, not bragging but I’m 63 and have been working with you now for nearly 12 months and just benefit so much. I’m healing from a Brocken ankle after 4 months recovering and my flexibility is returning to almost brand new. How does it get better than that? How marvellous is the human body? And Yoga.xo

a pleasure, as always...loved knowing that when the one leg is bend back and the other extended it tilts the pelvis and thus gives more of the hamstring muscle to stretch...you're the best for sharing anatomical details in our practices w you ♥♥🙏🏼🙏🏼

I loved it always. I had my elbows inside the legs for caterpillar. I love to do dragon with one elbow on soft block and other hand on the knee. I could do seal now but had to go slow to childs pose. I do not like square pose and took half butterfly on the left instead of half frog. thx feeling flexible 😍🤩😍
I wasn't doing YY for a while as I was doing other sports. After 2 months I picked it up again and noticed a mayor difference after 4 days. Better sleep again, more relaxed and centered. I will not skip one day anymore. Thank you for making these videos 🥰🙏🏼🪷☀️
I enjoy your channel, but need osteo-friendly practices...my research into yin yoga poses and bone density do not mix. Any thoughts....specific practices to follow. SPINE HAS TO REMAIN STRAIGHT and I need your expert opinion. Thank you!
