Sivananda classes tend not to have music or talking. I like this video for similar reasons. I would love more videos from this channel with minimum talking and no music.

I've been doing this routine regularly for the past 4 years (since Breathe and Flow released it). The best recovery routine by far. I'm pushing 50 and can still play competitive hockey, take long bike rides on a fixed gear, and box in large part due to this routine. Add mobility work and you've got a great basis for longevity.
It was nice to settle into this class with the volume on silent and just my own background music. It was truly hard to drop into myself because of how much talking there was. But there’s always ways to figure it out. Thanks for the class regardless:}
During the last bit of deep meditation, tears started building up from within and I just let go, feeling a deep connection with the soul. Thank you so much for this, Namaste🙏🏽

This Shavasana put me in a deep sleep lol. My body ended up waking itself up by lifting up my arms and gently taping them in unison on the mat. 🙏🏿 Shanti

I am a life long practitioner. I find having electronics or my computer involved in any aspect of my spiritual practice, meditation, and yoga, Can interrupt the sacredness, and can distract you from truly being present. I never use my phone when I meditate. Only a stick of incense. When it’s finished burning, your time is up. Let the natural world move you through your day. When I watch one of your video’s. I will remember the poses and then incorporate it into my own practice. This way I can have a more personal authentic relationship with my practice. 🕉☸️

I really enjoyed this class thank you. It was really relaxing and a good stretch. I was appreciating the absence of music, so it was a bit distracting when the music came in towards the end!
I was really involved with yoga and had a consistent practice during which time my body and mind felt amazing. I lost that connection about three or four years ago due to a sad event. Now, my body is in need of some help, so I have found this video and your instruction. I am very grateful and am looking forward to the journey. Thank you.
Hi Flo, just a thought: I loved this session but after having done it a few times, the instructions kind of get in the way. I feel this way about a lot of yoga videos - the detailed instructions are great the first time around, but after that, I find myself craving a version with less instruction. Just pose names, reminder to breathe, little more. Much love from Denmark!
@@thareealgee I agree with @bamseper and have tried to mute the instructions. But then I get distracted because I keep looking up to see if I am missing Flo's instructions to get out of the poses. I think the instructions Flo is giving are great but I also would have liked a bit more silence to focus on my breath and my own body.
I mainly do yoga to help my body stretch out from weight lifting, hiking mountains and running. So, mostly yin and restorative. Great class. Downward dog in a yin class confused me a bit, but it was nice since we were not in the pose very long. Thank you!
This class is one of the hardest on this channel (if stretching and relaxing is hard for you as well) - but also a very beneficial one. It was quite tough but now my legs and hips really feel amazing out of this world relaxed. Stay with it and get rewarded:) Thank you!

I don't mean to criticize, but this is the first yin practice that made me feel more stressed out and less relaxed. I think its probably the constant dialog, worries, and stress that you talk about. Just thought I would share my experience. Thanks anyways for the good practice!
