- In this 30 Min COMPACT FULL BODY HIIT we will have a 12x bundle of 3x movements that will have some characteristics similar to each other. We Will be focusing on different body parts with each bundle and that will be challenging! We will perform each movement for 35 seconds and there will be a 15 seconds rest in between. After the first 6x bundles there will be a 50 second Water-Break.

I did this all bodyweight one this morning! I subbed the plank and pushups moves with leg strength or cardio moves! Still big sweat!!!

Your Bodyweight are always killers but at the perfect pace. I never forget my alignment or body position while sometimes counting the time left as I just want to stop. Always variety and “No repeat” are always refreshing.
