- This 30 min. GREAT Leg Workout with Resistance Bands | Resistance Band Workout Legs | Band Leg Workout is made up of 3 x super sets and one afterburner round Each exercise for 50 seconds followed by 20 seconds of rest.
Also in this workout we have an “after burner” part 4 x body weight exercises for 3 rounds in a row!

This is a top tier resistance band leg workout out at home so far. Just amazing.
I've been looking for a good resistance band workout for a while. I've found a few decent ones, but none of them were "the one". Then I came across with your video finally. I watched 1 (one!) and I knew that this was what I'd been looking for. Subscribed immediately. Today I did this workout. Towards the end I said some pretty bad stuff to you over the TV... 😂 It was hard, but I feel so good now. Thank you very much for your hard work, I can't wait to do your other workout routines, all of the band and HIIT videos seem awesome!

OMGGGGGG i just finished this and I am dripping sweat!!! I was only able to make it through the 2nd round of the after burn and OMMFFGGG I can barely stand!!!!! Seriously the best leg/booty home workout I've everrrrrr had. Please do more band workouts!!!

Did your upper body workout yesterday. This was fire too! I didn’t like the chair hamstring extension so I put the band under my hands and got in a table top position on all fours and it worked just as well if anyone else finds that helpful! It allowed me to make the exercise the perfect difficult bc I just had to hold the band in the right spot under my hands on the floor instead of distancing myself from the chair

Thanks for the video , could please make a split program, so work out the 4-5 days a weeks with long bands
well what you can do at the moment is for example oe the upperbody workout with the long bands 2x week and the legs also 2x week and you have a great split... for example monday upper, tuesday lower, wednesday rest and thursday upper and friday lower...and if you want to do 5x the you upper and start the week after it with lower etc.

Daniel, you b^stard, You killed me!!! Lol. Absolutely loved this workout and I really torched myself using a medium and hard band together for most of the exercises except for the one around the chair where I used the light. That one was tough on the arms too. I use Athena Strength fabric bands for women so they are not as high a resistance as the ones you are using, I think. The afterburner was horrible. When you first said squat pulse jumps, I thought, “Okay, not too bad.” But on the second one, even my eyeballs were sweating aka crying! And the Quad Killer? That should be called the Ego and Spirit Killer ha ha. I was going to do Part 2 of the leg long band workout but I know that I couldn’t do it justice after going all out on this one. Thank you again, Daniel. So so appreciate your creative sequencing. You are super encouraging and I love your content. I make sure I let all your ads run to the end as well so you can get maximum revenue from them.

@@DANIELPTFITNESS I couldn’t walk for two days after the workout. But now I have my hubby doing your band workouts too. He did the longer full body today and he found it tough. It also took him a while to get used to using the body bands but he got there in the end. He is feeling nicely tired now.

Overall, this is a great leg workout. I admit, I didn't really think the band exercises were very effective. I only have one band, and maybe its the wrong size, but I just didn't feel anything except pain where the band rubbed against skin. BUT...the burn down was epic. That alone was worth following the video. I may have to incorporate that section at the end of my leg workouts from now on.
thnx Kimberly! for the rubber band maybe wear something with the long sleeves to reduce the skin friction and the point of the band is basically add more resistance to the movement so if the band is not adding that much resistance it will be not that effective maybe try some thicker band next time :D

Great workout! How many calories do you think is burned doing this workout?
Depends on your heart rate and fitness level! the best way is to use a heart rate tracker so it can show you how much you are burning. The workouts that claim that you are burning x calories are not really accurate to be honest! thnk you :D

It can be light but if that's the only band that you have it is better then nothing :D Give it a try!

This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.
