25 Minute Lower Body Dumbbell EMOM Workout [ADVANCED Strength Training]

- Tap in with us for a 25 Lower body Strength Workout.🔥 The format of this workout is EMOM style which stands for "every minute on the minute". We will designate a certain amount of reps at the start of each exercise and then once completed, the remaining time left within that minute is your rest period. We highly recommend using multiple pairs of weights if you have them, otherwise you may need to adjust the reps (Juice used 25lb dumbbells and Toya used 10lb -15lb dumbbells). We've included a workout guide within the video to help you modify the workout if needed.
This workout will target your quads, glutes, calves and hamstrings through 12 different exercises. Be sure to track your progress over time with this workout and challenge yourself to increase weight or resistance over time. I might be the only one that criticizes the workout, but it's just a lot of exercises that aren't that effective with complicated forms. I loved your upper body workout because it has the basic and most effective exercises.

Day 1 Week 2 Summer Ready Challenge 🔥 An EMOM style workout is a new experience for me. I felt a bit rushed to do things and was not sure if my form was correct but hopefully it's just because it's my first time - will pay more attention to the details tomorrow onwards. For today's nutrition I decided to try a dragon fruit and include it into my lunch (and later into my dinner!) I have never tried dragon fruits prior to this, despite the fact that they are very easy to find in Indonesia. Taste is unfamiliar so it's a bit strange to me but I know it's good for my body and even also for chakra balancing! I think for tomorrow I'm gonna challenge myself and try salak, another local exotic fruit in my country 😃
I'm kinda new to the gym nd honestly guys you help me so so much. I'm also kinda shy so yeah I prefer not to ask as much as I can. Thanks to you guys I'm still getting a pretty good workout without Knowing how to use each and every equipment ❤❤❤❤
Started the workout with 20lbs dumbbells to challenge myself then towards the end had to go lower to 15lbs my hands were shaking next time I'll use some gloves. My food for fuel: 2 slices of Turkey bacon, 2 scrambled eggs with 1 toasted bread.
I can’t believe I made it to the end! Legs are so hard for me. I kept telling myself if I just finish each exercise, I could quit on the next one. I didn’t quit! I feel so proud of myself. Thank you for these workouts!!
week2Day1 switching to the youtube program, used 7.5Kg dumbbells. Had only a few seconds to rest on some exercises, was challenging but made it through. Had a nice meal with small portion of meat, two eggs, panned tomatoes, cauliflower, and pasta, with small peace of cheese.
Wow - we definitely don’t need to run to get a good workout! This one has me 😅
After 2 weeks of doing this 2-3 times a week, I can say this is now my warm up workout ❤ You’re great! I hope to keep improving 🙏🏼

Just finished this workout for the summer challenge!! 🥵 Had some tension in my lower back so I did have to pause just a couple times. I went up on weights this week from 10 to 15. I didn’t know if I was going to be able to do 15s but I used them for most of the workout, all but one exercise.💪 Excited about that! Going to try and drink more water this week, and work on my nutrition! 👍
