    This was rad, thank you. I am about to move and I'm selling all my dumbells, so I'm going to rely on bodyweight for awhile, so these are so good for many of us.

    Hey Dan I’ve been consistently doing 4 of your workout videos for almost a year now! Im 16 years old and i do one hour of your workouts 5 days through the week i just wanna say your a great inspiration for me and it kept me going. Cause I have gynecomastia if u heard of it you’d understand but im started to see the form of my abs and its been a year would i get my abs doing the workouts for another year?
