Yin/yang is exactly what it is babe, a bit of heat to get started, clear the mind out, release tension from the body, and then a lot of cooling, relaxing and restoring! Glad you enjoyed it!
Hi Marzia! You can place one hand flat on the floor and then place the other on top, resting your head on the back of your hands. Does that make sense?
@@YogawithAllieVanFossen it does but my cannot relax my neck that way.... I will try different variations till I find the one I can relax in without my head falling... 😅 Thank u very much
