Thank you for yet another amazing practice! I feel so grateful after finishing each and everyone of your classes. This one was a challenge for me. I am far from being able to do the splits, side planks are still a challenge because my shoulders don't have the stability yet, and for the same reason I can't get up in the wheel pose either. But still I don't end up feeling frustrated about it at all. I just observe my limitations and will come back to this practice in a month or so, to see if everyday yoga will have increased my strength a bit more then.
Just what I needed this morning! I loved all the back strengthening postures, as well as heart opening and hip stretching. I have a heavy heart today, have been in kind of a funk this past week. Lots of major life transition stuff going on, and I'm feeling very off-kilter and unsure of what to do, and of what is coming next. This practice helped me to feel a little more uplifted, and has calmed my anxiety a bit. Thank you Allie, and thanks to the fellow Journey Junkie tribe for practicing with me :)

20/10/22 I felt a deep relief on my hips and back. I managed to put my hips completely flat on the floor in pigeon pose, still working on the mermaid pose 💪🏾💃🏿🤸🏾♀️. Thanks Allie for sharing your knowledge with me 💪🏾 on the mat 😁🧘🏾♀️😌

I love everything about this. The poses are fantastic, the pace is wonderful, and I love that Allie shows where she's still working and learning. Lots of other instructors *say* that one side of their body is tighter than the other, but Allie lets us see the ways she modifies her practice to take this into account. I've been having some lower back pain and this makes it so much better!

i I just recently discovered you on a webpage listing the 5 best yoga UA-cam instructors . All I can say is what a gem. So far this is my favorite it includes pigeon and camel my 2 favorite poses! I did moon salutations yesterday I love how so many of your classes are so smooth and fluid. Im currently working on strength both core and arms to allow me access to many poses I cant right now due to such a weak upper body...after 4 kids my core is desperate to be worked...lol. I see you have a lot of videos dealing with this any other suggestions on building upper body and core maybe something that can be done daily or every other day when I do other forms of yoga?

Hi Gustavo! Thank you for your interest. My yoga practices (minus certain tutorials) are designed to begin with warm up breathwork and movements to prepare the mind and body. That said, everyone's body is different and listening to your body's cues throughout practice will guide you as to whether you need a longer warm up. I hope that helps!
