Loved todays workout! I have been sick for the last few days but sweating through these have made me feel better (even though i sniffle my way through everything). I cant wait til i can do the crow pose. For now my knees just press on my arms a bit too hard lol. One question: how do you get from having your wrists feel fatigued. Do i need a thicker mat?
glad you enjoyed it babe and hope you're feeling better! so the wrists - definitely take a moment to stretch them out beforehand + doing some strengthening exercises if you're wanting to do more arm balances and feeling fatigued. just search here on UA-cam, there's a quite a few! also, for crow specifically, the more core strength you cultivate, the less knee pressure you'll feel :)
This practice was exactly what I needed today- I had no idea I was capable to do the crow pose but I just went for it and it worked out, yey! Thank you so much for this and have a wonderful day!
Hey Kylie! You can hold plank pose and do one of two things. Try tapping your hand to the opposite shoulder or tapping your feet to the corner of the mat, and switching back and forth. This is a great way to build strength and coordination. You can do this anytime someones jumping around the mat. Try it and let me know!
