    Hi Amanda, This is Ms. Fran, I am still working to get my body stronger and healthier as I age. I have learned so much about the gluteus and core after 50 than I did when I was younger. Well, maybe in a month I will give these a try, please keep up the motivational lessons.

    Without black socks could see the arch movement better

    you dont have big thigh or big glutes like other gym women. they take steriod

      everybodys body is different if you havent figured that out yet and i dont think they do they just do 10000 sqautes nd other butt workouts with weights
