Ahhhh thank you Krissy for speaking on the "squat once a week"! I do not lift super heavy but as more like a close to still beginner kinda person, I feel my muscle&joins (knees especially!) needs much more time to recover after lower body focused training than upper body focused ones!!

Leg days are my absolute favorite. The only kind of exercises I don't do for lower body are the cable ones. Love cable for upper body, but for lower body I absolutely dislike it. I feel like I never do them right and I don't feel the right muscles and feels really strange. RDL is my absolute favorite lower body exercise.

I found using a trap bar is better than a barbell on activating my gluts for deadlifts and RDLs. ❤
I agree about the heavy squat once a week. I get fatigued very easily. If I do squat twice a week it'll be a different kind of squat
