    RDL’s
    Leg Extension
    Hamstring Curls
    Reverse Lunges
    Cable Kick Backs
    Try 3 sets for 8 reps. Remember if its too hard to reach 8 reps, lower the weight, if its easy, up it! Stick to a weight that works and challenges you!
