Your video helped my push ups tremendously. I was in a shrug position before, and it was damaging my shoulders. Your video actually called attention to that problem. I just did 100 push ups yesterday in multiple sets, and my shoulders today were not popping! Now, I am confident that push up in its various forms can be used by me to get my upper body strength back.

Great tips! Finally, somebody demystified pushups!! Would you please make a video giving tips to avoid neck pain during workouts? I'm having pain on the back of my neck while doing home workouts. If you could show some stretches for it, that'd help too.
Thank you! I've been struggling for a while and I'm excited to try these tips! Do you think maybe you could go over what to do if you have a weaker side of your body? For instance, my left side is weaker than my right, how can I correct this safely? I can feel dumbbell curls, single arm rows and other exercises to be weaker when I work on my left side, but don't notice when I'm doing an exercise with both sides at once.
