Felt the burn. Last exercise was a toughie although it looked easy. Thank you so much for the varieties of exercises you put it together. Love your workouts and follow them too. It would be helpful if you can upload another sets of variation of the workouts. Thanks again for the good work you do.

Video suggestion: I struggle with flacid inner thighs, what would be the best type of exercises to tone that area?
I jumped into it ... When i finished i wonder why no sholder exercise and them i saw booty🤣😂

@@bharathi151991 try having milk 😂 and little jog , i think problem can hide into ur shoe... (May be pronated foots) u can try insholes in ur shoE and knee band , ( apply heating oil before' work out) try cycling may be ur knees hurt because they are week.. try meeting any teacher
