    Good posture allows our body to function with less stress and strain AND it is also an excellent way to amplify the look and feel of our body. After spending all those hours working on your fitness, strength, and shaping your body, spending some quality time understanding and achieving good posture is the best way to show off all the hard work you have put in!
    Living with good body alignment also allows you to move more efficiently, whether that be during your day-to-day or sweating it out in your workouts. If we can start with good posture, and move with better and more balanced movements we are also reducing our chance of injury and developing chronic pain such as back, neck, and shoulder pain, frequent headaches, or joint pain caused by poor skeletal alignment.

      Once a day would be wonderful if you can make the time...otherwise every second day (3/4 times a week) ☺️ Aim for 10 long deep breaths for the stretches and 3 rounds of 15-20 reps for the face pulls 👌🏼♥️
