A properly equipped trailer is a critical tool in the recovery arsenal for any off road enthusiast or auto restoration professional. This is now the perfect solution to picking up cars for late model auto repair or any other resto mod project.
We show you how to design bent tubing, how to notch accurately, how pulse MIG welding is different from short arc MIG, and more! You will see tips and tricks on making coplanar bends without any measurement tools, how to add angle to a bend, and also how to measure for notching pipes or tubes.

We Know the difference between an affordable mandrel bender and a rotary draw tubing bender, because we make and use both in real life! These CNC machined dies and laser etched clamps in our M600 are made with pride here in the USA. Our channel is the best place for DIY projects, how to bend tube, and how to make money in metal fabrication and welding. - Авто та транспорт
I think I just learned how much fun it would be to drive up the side of a trailer with my 4runner!
Just bought my M600 bender can't wait to start making pieces for my trailer and other projects, learned cool tips with the clamp blocks, keep up the good work.
Very cool!
The only bad thing about having a mint trailer is that you will always have lots of mates that want to use it, I learnt that the hard way haha
I learned how to make a slick winch setup today. Also learned that your M600HD bender won't ever quit. With over 10,000 bends on it still going strong. Not one problem after hundreds of projects. Everybody that sees your bender in my shop winds up on your website and most of them buy one. You guys have the best products, thank you.
Great words thank you.
Dude how has this channel not exploded! So great!
It all starts with comments like these! Sincerely, thank you, Simmons! We're on our next build right now. We'll have more content soon! -Joe
I learned something about pulse welding and how nice it must be to have the appropriate tools.
These Multimatic machines are super versatile.
I learned that it helps to count how many people don’t follow the directions at the end of the video
HA!
Nicely done video. I learned a few more things about metal fabrication and ways to use a tubing notcher.
The explanation about pulsed MIG was also good and I learned more about that.
The position you chose for the receiver tube is interesting and I'd be concerned about anything other than a straight load on it because anything angled could produce excessive loads at the weld joints and could break something. I would suggest locating that directly on top of the square tube so it would go right between the square and round tubes. Then I would add a couple of gussets between the receiver tube and the round tube. That arrangement should be able to handle just about any load from nearly any direction. That could be useful in a variety of off road and/or recovery situations.
The production quality of this video was top notch! I learned I need to quit being so worried about screw ups & wasted material and just jump in!
I learned a way I can add a winch to my own car trailer. That's something I've been needing for a long time.
Get one yet ;)
I learned pulse MIG welding is badass
Every time I watch people that know how to bend tubing it blows me away how much I still have to learned!
Sweet!
I have not learned enough about bending yet but videos sure do help
I learned that a clamp block is a multi-tool. Great job.
It sure is!
Joe learned me a lot in this one.
Great video guys 👍 I learned some helpful tips! Definitely good quality content, videos like this are really useful for people that are new to the M600 bender like myself. Thanks 🙂
today I learned degree cubes exist! thx!
Yeah, we love those things!
Awesome video, I learned that I live in a crappy part of the country. We don't have elk roaming through our fields we have hogs.
Great video on how to add an winch!
Nice work joe! Great video. I learned something new off this one. Lol I’m always looking forward to your videos for some UA-cam schooling. Thanks again. And if anyone is thinking about buying any rogue products due so you won’t regret it there great American made products with outstanding customer services!
Thx Stephen
Badass tips!! Thank you guys. I learned a lot is sheet!! You guys rock! PNW baby!!!
Thank u PNWF!!!
i really like these types of videos, winner / giveaways are nice but tips like this are way more valuable to me! Glad i learned some things today!
Man what great video. Nice work Joe, you learned me how to bend tubing. Lol
I learned more about pulsed mig
It is such a cool process!!!
I learned I need to save up some money to get the equipment to make some cool stuff.
Super helpful, I learned how to measure for bends and about the pulse welding for cleaner plasma over frying bacon. I hate baconny tasting welds!!
Totally. Keep the bacon on burgers and breakfast. Unless there's a gap, pulse MIG for the win!
Very impressive, i learned you can use the tubing clamp blocks for welding positioning. I also learned the Rogue Fab videos will help you be sucessful on your first bend.
Excellent vid! Bought my miter bandsaw and now saving up for my bender!!! Can't wait slap around some metal with hydraulics! Keep up the info... Grateful!
I learned that I really need one of these benders to go along with the notcher I got on black friday!
I learned how handy the clamp blocks are.
When I did my trailer winch mount I didn't have a tool box to deal with, so I put the mount on the tongue side with my winch going in on the tongue side.. My warn 10k let's me swap the roller fairlead to either side of the winch. Or I could have swapped the winch in the cradle. The way I did it I can move the winch to my trucks and reroute the cable and have a fairlead in both sides if I wish. Just run the cable out the back side. This allows me to keep the bed clear. Great video, thanks
Smart move!
Learned a new way to tie the front rail for winch mointing
Thanks Rogue Fab, I learned about Pulse Mig today.
This is one of the first few things I’m going to use my new bender for. 👍
Go for it!
I learned your into yotas and I can’t not subscribe because of that! But I do own one of your benders and I love it!
Oh man. We have about as many volvo sedans in our videos as we have toyota 4wds...
I learned how broke I'm gonna be buying all these sick toys lol
Yeah making your own toys isn't cheap... a few side jobs will pay for the bender though!
The good guys make it look easy nicely done
Great video! I learned I need a trailer, a bender and more RF merch.
I learned why your salesman suggested I get an extra clamp block when I recently purchased my M600
Saving time is huge!
I learned i need one of those benders
They're so easy to use and so versatile! We have more tricks planned for the next video... more clever than a bend resume...
Would like to see more video covering lay out and clamp placement . I’m having trouble with that lol
We will donmore videos on bend layout. Have you seen the roll cage and handrail videos? We show some placement info in those videos.
@@RogueFabrication yes I have .. I was still having problems so I emailed customer support this morning and to my surprise I got a reply in like 30 minutes .. had back and forth e-mail throughout the day . When I got home I started doing the bends the way support told me to everything came out good. I now know how to use my bender .
👏🏻👏🏻 to your customer support they really know there stuff!
Nice video, I learned a bit about layout with different CLR dies.
Perfect! I'm glad we're helping you learn, Michael. Thank you. -Joe
Most anticipated UA-cam video of 2021. Nice work with the build up of the video.
I loved the content.
I definitely learned alot.
Now... let's get going on your fab tables already.
We're doing some IP/trademark work and then wrapping up the last (hopefully) round of prototypes and accessories and then they're being released!
And thank you so much for the kind words Scott!
This was super handy for some stuff I’m doing at the shop! Thank you for showing the layout process
we'd love to see your progress. Glad the video helped you! -Jarrod
I learned some things from this video that would have helped me a long time ago. I also learned I should have taken math class more seriously.
Totally!
Inspiring !!

Great tip on using the bend blocks! I have learned simple tricks with simple tools from all your how to videos!! Keep up the great work!
Nice project! I learned there are always more tools that I need!
Right on!
Nice job as usual. That trailer is going to be very nice to use. I like the improvements on an existing piece of equipment, people are too quick to discard things when they could be made better...
Thanks 👍
Nice work Joe.
Glad you enjoyed it
I learned that I need a swagoffroad notcher!
What?
nice tool!
Glad you like it!
First time I've seen the bender in action and dang is that a slick setup! Nice work.
Thanks Jason! We have many more videos of it in use, make sure you check them out!
