    This was quite possibly the most informative tube bending video I've ever watched. Great work

    This is excellent. Cannot wait to swing purchasing the roll-cage builders package for the UA-cam channel as we progress into the Metal Fabrication world.

    When are the new TWR pressure block dies going to be sent out to the customers who purchased the TWR before they were available? TWR is an amazing addition to your benders btw

      Place an order for anything, put in the notes which size you want to upgrade. We'll send it out with your order at no additional charge. Or give us a call, you can pay shipping and we'll still send you one for no additional charge. This deal is for ANYONE who has bought a thin wall roller! -Joe

    would a thin wall support die for your 6" radius die using 1.75" .120 wall DOM Steel make a noticeable difference in visual deformation? I'm getting roughly 7% currently

    • @RogueFabrication
      @RogueFabrication  8 місяців тому

      It makes a measurable improvement, but it is nothing like a mandrel. You're getting 7% and a mandrel on that application will be about 1%. I would estimate the thin wall roller to be closer to the 7 than the 1. If you want an exact number, e mail us and we can test it for you. Thank you for the comment/question. That is super relevant. -Joe

      I just ran some 1.75" x .120 on a 6" Radius with the new TWR friction die. Deformation measured out at 5% -Collin

      @@salesroguefab6034 Thanks for testing that Collin! Is there much visual difference between 5% with the TWR die and 7% without? I would love to see a photo or video comparison of the two!

    Triangularized tube bender?... You guys may have hit upon something. I can see some intake/exhaust manifolders that would pay extra for that coolness....Just saying.... opportunity knocks. Cycle frames?!🤷🏼‍♂️

      Trouble is my Superflow says the triangle is clocked the wrong way.
