I bought your workshop last year and here i am still doing yoga with you only. It is such great feeling like I don’t want to leave my mat. Sometimes I play back to back video just because i want to be on mat.
I did this after my strength training. And at the end of doing this yoga, my brain became so calm and peaceful. It reminded me of my childhood days, free of any stress, just living and enjoying life! Satvic Yoga has really helped me over the journey. I feel much more calm now.
I had so many pimples in my face and my face looks so dull after doing yoga now i don't have any pimples in my face and my face looks clear and glowing ❤😊
I'm under stress and anxiety. I heard your voice in UA-cam it is so soothing. I have started the om chanting meditation. Really I felt so relaxed. I will continue this and take this challenge for 21 days. Your Technics are so good it will help lot of people like me. I will also try this stretching excercise. Amazing feeling. I know now how a stiff body can become flexible after yoga practice. I am 53 and been doing rigorous workouts for belly. But in between I left doing it. There was no continuity. But, after watching Satvic Yoga and doing it, I am feeling relaxed. And, as Radhika says, is able to calm down, removing clusters of thoughts and other negativity. Thanks for such amazing and beautiful videos, which helped a lot.
Day 13 ✅ - 5/11/2024 - I love this stretches. It really gives deep stretch. When you do deep stretches, it removes toxins from inside, self-realization is the process starts from self-purification.
I repeat these deep stretch in many days , yesterday I was too relaxed at the end of the video and forgot to open my eyes . Your words voice music is so mesmerizing, at that moment I attained my meditation point and felt relieved.😊
Day 13 April 28,2023 What a session OMG!!!!! Loved every inch of it and yes it absolutely correct that we have toxins in our muscles and some emotional cluster too . I want to reset my nervous system and release all the emotional baggage and toxins from my body.Through all the stresses i have been through i made my system in 3f (fear,flight,fight) mode only so i want to reset that thing. This is My main Aim of Doing Yoga. Thank You so much Universe and Radhika didi for this wonderful session.
Day 13 (7th June) Doing these stretches made me realise there's a longggg way to go to make my body this much flexible to do all these poses perfectly.❤
