You can practice very slowly on focusing upon your breathing. Otherwise, you can consult a doctor just to make sure that you start this practice or not. Take care
Maybe you're giving forces on inhalation so that the lot air hits the brain neurons and you're feeling a headache so.. you start the practice by slow process if you face the same problems so you can first consult with your doctor.

Yes, practicing shavasana after asan practice and pranayam practice is recommended 😊

@@prarthanakundu7835 once you sit for your pranayam practice, then finish all the pranayams you have planed to do.
Once you finish the practice, then lie down in shavasana.
Now if you practiced pranayam for a short duration say 10-15min , then a short duration in shavasana would suffice like 2-3min.
If you practiced pranayam for a longer duration say 30min or more, then be in shavasana for at least 7-10 min.

One more thing to ask. Is it necessary to do pranayam in morning or I can do it whenever I can manage?
@@prarthanakundu7835 Morning is the best and recommended time to practice pranayam. But in case you are unable to do it in the morning then the second best time is just after sunset.
Whenever you choose to practice please make sure that the stomach is empty. Wait at least 3-4 hours after meals before starting pranayam.

I have been practicing this wonderful Pranayama with you today and I must say that your voice is incredible calming to my nervous system and the simplicity of the instructions is just right not to feel overwhelmed. 1)Talk to your loved ones,this helps you a lot and makes you realise that you are not alone
2)Keep yourself busy in any work and do concentrate on the work like Gardening, Cooking Cleaning...any work you want to do
3) Avoid using your phone for atleast somedays
4) Practice yoga Anulom vilom...
Panic attacks are normal if you are feeling anxiety.You should understand this while you are having panic attacks and take deep breaths and say to yourself these are normal,I should overcome them.
I too suffered with anxiety and panic attacks it's like hell in the starting,but now I'm good.

My one nostril is always blocked due to sinus problem...not able to do anulom vilom due to this.

Close the open nostril for few seconds automatically other nostril also gets opened or there are techniques to activate the closed nostrils please check UA-cam u will find
