You are so knowledgeable on papaya nutrients and benefits. You remind me of my sister. She’s vegan and teaches a whole unit on rainbow vegetables and their nutrients, benefits etc., Thank you for the info 💕
Love this video I searched this because I got an overripe papaya , haven’t opened it yet but wanted to know what and how to consume the seeds, don’t want to throw them out since they have so many great health benefits. I normally eat papaya halves with sliced banana , raisins and cashew butter. All the amazing healthy vegan foods xx
Having the fortune of living on a tropical island I eat Papaya daily (pedending on season) and I like to share a secret to make the eating of a Papaya even MORE delicious.........squeeze half a lime on top of your Papaya.MMMMMMmmmmmmm enjoy!!! the combi heavenly
I just subscribed to your channel ! I love papayas thanks for the video and beautiful scenery :)
Papaya and acai bowls is amazing!!! if your ever back in maui we have a really good acai bowl bar in wailuku called "the farmacy bar" and they load the papaya on top, you can even request to have your toppings be, all papaya. and a food truck acai bowl place by kahului harbor called "moono acai bowls" :)
I love them in smoothies!
I want to like papay, but it just doesn't work for me. I tried a few when I was in Peru, but it just doesn't taste any good to me. *sad*
we get them here, where I am in the carribean an I have 2 trees in my back yard an they taste great I love them
With all due respect, you are beautiful. No makeup needed. ;) Great video by the way! Gonna start eating more papaya.
Stunning place thanks for sharing x
Good video. I'm just visiting Hawaii and bought some local fruit to try. Had no idea how to eat papaya lol.
Yum!!! Enjoy for me 😍
I've heard a bit of lime juice on papaya is good. Haven't tried it.
yum! & the dressing sounds wonderful :). I'm bummed I wasn't able to sign up for your runner's nutrition class! I had to put a pause on my half marathon training because I think running on concrete was starting to affect my knees :/. hope it went well though :)
Damn... shots fired, Canada.
lol, just bought a papaya here in cape breton Nova Scotia, here's hoping that it will ripen well enough for me to eat it
Really? I live and Canada and I buy Papayas all the time and tbh the taste amazing!!
Canada??
Good News I Got a Really Good Papaya In Windsor Ontario Canada at Wal-Mart first one I ever got in General and I did good ;)
nice! lucky! enjoy :)
Good point. If I can't get one right, I would rather not ear it coz it's bitter. But you can still find good ones in Asia :)
I just bought a papaya here in Canada for the first time because Ive read its very good for vascular health but I made a mistake and got a green one thinking they are supposed be green on the outside, orange on the inside. Big mistake. The papaya was not ripe so I thru it out, it tasted awful.
Let’s see the recipe!
You can use Woo&Pep instructions to learn about diet guys.
lol u remind me of my past year science teacher
she reminds me of my 8th grade english teacher :) i wonder if she is/was a teacher
in 1998 all Hawaii papaya has been GMO , so sad.
What is it supposed to taste like because the one that I have taste like nothing lol..it's not even sweet😩
Awwww yeah, that's what it tastes like when it doesnt ripen properly... like, if it's picked too soon for transport and then just doesnt get the nice flavour 😔 hopefully you can find a better one next time!
Lol When I was a kid my brother told me that papaya seeds were frog eggs 😂😂😂
How can she go there and leave all of us here? Its wong!
Bribing my w/ a papaya seed salad dressing? Well, that doesn't work.
Vegan granola?
Sometime there is honey in granola
I live in southern California. I bought a papaya a few weeks ago, and it tasted like poison.
How do you know what poison tastes like...
Maybe it was not ripe or not a good brand or the fertilizer was not good
I live in Florida and there bland and kinna gross
