I'll be honest because its my truth. I never thought that papaya can taste good. But as I've gotten older, I now eat things for their benefit. ❤ whether I like it or not. Now, my goal is to incorporate them into my daily diet because my colon and stomach needs! Thanks for educating me.🎉
this was perfect! i needed to cut a papaya for a smoothie and I never had before. I’m now currently sipping it with papaya skin all over my face hahaha!
Our family loves papayas. I am usually the one who gets the honours of cutting them! However, I thought I would share something with you. I find its easier to remove the skin with a vegetable peeler while the fruit is whole. Then, take the naked fruit -careful, its very slippery!- and cut it in half, then de seed it and further cut into cubes or slices, or however you like them. Thanks for your video.
You made it look easier than when I tried it. I made a big tropical fruit salad for one of my friends to bring to a big company potluck and she said it was awesome. Keep up the good work too!
You're so thoughtful in how you explain things, THANK YOU! Watched this since I literally just bought a papaya for the first time so I can do a facemask. 😍
My wife bought papaya for the first time this week. I watched this video as I cut it for the first time. It helped a lot and we loved all the fun nutritional facts as well. I made sure to subscribe :)
Thank you very much for the tutorial! I bought one on a whim today to try in my dehydrator. I’d have fumbled through it without your help! I look forward to watching more of your videos and hope you have a wonderful year!
Soooo helpful! I'm very unfamiliar with Papaya and went ahead and bought one so my daughter and I could try some. Also, I love that you talked about all the great benefits as well. Great video; this alone got me to subscribe to your channel.
Thank you for posting this! I'm going to start eating papaya to fix the digestive enzyme imbalance that I'm having since gallbladder surgery. They are suppose to be a great source of natural digestive enzymes. Hopefully it helps but if not then I'm sure it will still be a delicious snack!
Thankyou I got alot of these today at a food bank. I wasn't sure if I wanted it but now I'm glad I did. I will cut mine up and freeze them for when I need them
I just bought a papaya for the first time. I had no idea how to cut and peal. I also wanted to know the health benefits. This video was very informative. Salam.
Thank you so much I’ve never used or eaten papaya before found your video to be very helpful also great to learn that it’s such a good fruit for the body
I just watched your video after I cut my papaya. I haven’t had any in quite awhile, and I knew it was good for digestion, but thank you for sharing all of the additional benefits!
Good video. I cannot believe I am 45 and this is my first time ever eating a papaya, this is a very good tasting fruit, I got it as organic and those are usually the absolute best. (And somehow I accidentally clicked the dislike button first but I changed it to “like“ somehow it was an accident.) I’m going to have to start checking out all fruits that I haven’t tried yet because this is a very good tasting fruit…
Today i bought Papaya and i had no idea how good this fruit is, thanks a lot for information! I just saw something big and green and i bought it... In Sweden btw :)
If you cut your papaya on bbq day, try placing the skinned section fruit side down on any meet as long as you can. Most meat tenderizers have papaya in it.
Wish I would have watched this before I tried cutting one! I thought it had a center like a peach pit. LOL Great video! I don't know why I waited so long to buy one of these.
So at my job , we have brazilian papayas and we have maradol papayas does it matter which one to get ? I never had one and i wanna try it and eat it once a week i wanna start eating more fruits cause ive cut back on fast food and started back drinking more water and trying vegan products and dairy/ vegan free products also which i love now

this was the best comment i have read in a long time.
😹 so, how did papaya do for the skin?

I wondered about the peeler technique. Thanks for sharing
It would seem like this approach would make the papaya more slippery to deal with especially with a knife.

Papayaa are MIRACLE workers for the SKIN.
But how much can I eat to keep my skin looking good? :)
What does it do for the skin?

I am so glad you liked it and if you get the raw one you can blend it and it’ll add it to your meats to make the meat tender
I use a potato peeler for mangos & carrots because it removes the skin smoothly and quickly. So maybe it would work for that papaya too.
Thank you kindly for this video and explaining everything. Very kind of you
