This is true, i was a pure vegetarian for 2 years when i was sick of cancer when i was 22yrs old,and God willing i was cured. Now im 55yrs old and still a vegetarian. No oil, no sugar and preservatives.
I have followed a Mediterranean diet for two years…salmon, cod, sardines, grass fed beef, chicken, pastured raised eggs, yogurt, cruciferous vegetables, healthy nuts, berries, healthy seeds, coffee and lots of water. I have lost 90 pounds, reversed pre-diabetes, lowered triglycerides, lowered HbA1c, normal lipids and lowered fasting insulin and fasting glucose.

I tried this diet for two weeks.Though i am underweight and fall sick often but after trying this diet i feel energized all day long and also my mood has improved.I have a sedentary job that involves sitting on a desk all day long but i don't feel bloated after eating like i used to. People sure have a lot to say about you and your video! I've been comments and replies for at least an hour! I found the video very informative and enlightening. It is very down to earth, easy to understand. It has none of the fluff, annoying background music that I find annoying! Your voice is very soothing, unlike many videos that are obviously electronic or a ChatGBT sounding or drone type voices! It's nice to see an actual person! You have a very caring voice. On 1-6-24, around 3 in the morning, I took a cab to the ER because I had severe abdominal pain. They found I had both a kidney stone & a UTI. The UTI has resolved; however, the kidney stone still persists. I'm on my 2nd round of kidney stone medicine. Luckily, I haven't had to take any pain med since my first night with the stone! There's no pain, but occasionally there is some discomfort . I do have ussues with pain in other parts of my , some of which I have had for roughly 40 yrs,. Anyway, enough of this. Can you suggest a way of getting the stone out? I have a catscan on 2-20. to see what's going on! I had a colonoscopy on 1-23 . I was put on a low fiber diet for a week, which killed my digestive system even before the liquid diet the day before, and the dose of the horrible tasting stuff ( I lliterally have to chockdown), the night before & the morning of. The night before, I kid you not, I spent about 7 1/2 hours on the toilet after the night time dose! This wasn't my first colonoscopy, but it is definitely my last. The low fiber diet did something to my digestive system that I haven't recovered from yet! As for the results- I wasn't cleaned out all the way! But they were able to do the whole procedure! They found 5 pylops, which all thankfully were benign! Im not surprised that they found a hemorrhoid, too. I believe it's from sitting on the toilet for the prep, since hemorrhoids aren't something I get. As a matter of fact, I'm regular, and rarely have issues with diarrhea , constipation, or straining. On the rare occasions where I have any of these things, I can always trace back what I have eaten and find the issue. I would like some guidance. It wasnt long After a friend and I changed to whole wheat ppasta & rice, that we started having digestive issues. Prior we both ate whole wheat & combination whole grain breads without having any problems. When we cut out the whole wheat pasta & rice we were fine. We even had been having issues with both even organic and non gmo version. I contacted a friend who can't eat gluten. She suggested ancient grains like quinoa. I also find my friend & I can eat grain products from other countries. You mentioned coconut numerous times. I hate coconut! Is there something else I can use instead. .It wasn't until about 6 months ago that I realized how much soy is used in food. I opened a can of tuna, it tasted horrible! I almost threw up. It didn't taste spoiled though. Reading the label it only had water, salt ,tuna,and soy in it. I started reading more labels and found that it was in so many foods. For people who don't know. Tofu is fermented soy, which is good for the digestive system Unfermented soy isn't. It's great to find a video where someone is being informative, without putting down any other persons information.!!

In total agreement with this presentation . I also know it can be very difficult for many to make the transition . I have been plant based for 50 years . The first thing everyone needs to do is cut out all the processed crap and start eating real foods . This goes for vegans and meat eaters . I still have lots of strength , energy and good health in my mid 70s . This video is a great source of information that took me years to learn !

And I am vitamin B2 deficient. I have been making changes for the last 4 to 5 months and there is a huge difference not only in weight but in keeping the mind from taking off. The reason natural foods are often (but not always) good for you is that you have co-evolved with natural food sources.

People have a tendency to want to believe in magic. That's why there are many thousands of religions and cults - all with different and contradictory beliefs and each one claims to have all the answers. The only reliable way I've found to separate fantasy from reality is the scientific method. Science works! Other things just don't work. There are many amazing and wonderful things in nature, but the best way to understand them is science.

I cured my diabetes by doing water fasting. You can too. Its easy for a few days just drink water nothing else. Try 3 days. Then 7 days. After that follow the diet that this video recommends.

Syed Thahir Vegan diet is not complete diet.. Atleast we should drink cow milk because it is only source for vitamin b12 if you are vegetarian.... Few things are wrong in this video.. Search for effects of b12 deficiency and you will understand why Vegan diet is incomplete

Also there are plenty of B12 supplements out there if you are interested. 40% of the US population is deficient in vitamin B12 but seems like the whole world is very concerned about 0.5% vegan population! Satvic movement recommends making them with an equal combination of whole wheat flour and any shredded/blended vegetable kneaded and cooked fresh with just fire on a pan. Honestly I haven't been able to find the time to do this everyday, so I just use a whole grain like brown basmati rice (most satvic rice), quinoa, buckwheat, or millet, or even a combination of two of these (make sure they have similar cooking times if so) as these are all fantastic grains to use for your meal. Sabzi is just a vegetable dish, and will often just be the vegetable portion of your meal. People sure have a lot to say about you and your video! I've been comments and replies for at least an hour! I found the video very informative and enlightening. It is very down to earth, easy to understand. It has none of the fluff, annoying background music that I find annoying! Your voice is very soothing, unlike many videos that are obviously electronic or a ChatGBT sounding or drone type voices! It's nice to see an actual person! You have a very caring voice. On 1-6-24, around 3 in the morning, I took a cab to the ER because I had severe abdominal pain. They found I had both a kidney stone & a UTI. The UTI has resolved; however, the kidney stone still persists. I'm on my 2nd round of kidney stone medicine. Luckily, I haven't had to take any pain med since my first night with the stone! There's no pain, but occasionally there is some discomfort . I do have ussues with pain in other parts of my , some of which I have had for roughly 40 yrs,. Anyway, enough of this. Can you suggest a way of getting the stone out?
I have a catscan on 2-20. to see what's going on! I had a colonoscopy on 1-23 . I was put on a low fiber diet for a week, which killed my digestive system even before the liquid diet the day before, and the dose of the horrible tasting stuff ( I lliterally have to chockdown), the night before & the morning of. The night before, I kid you not, I spent about 7 1/2 hours on the toilet after the night time dose! This wasn't my first colonoscopy, but it is definitely my last. The low fiber diet did something to my digestive system that I haven't recovered from yet! As for the results- I wasn't cleaned out all the way! But they were able to do the whole procedure! They found 5 pylops, which all thankfully were benign! Im not surprised that they found a hemorrhoid, too. I believe it's from sitting on the toilet for the prep, since hemorrhoids aren't something I get. As a matter of fact, I'm regular, and rarely have issues with diarrhea , constipation, or straining. On the rare occasions where I have any of these things, I can always trace back what I have eaten and find the issue.
I would like some guidance. It wasnt long After a friend and I changed to whole wheat ppasta & rice, that we started having digestive issues. Prior we both ate whole wheat & combination whole grain breads without having any problems. When we cut out the whole wheat pasta & rice we were fine. We even had been having issues with both even organic and non gmo version. I contacted a friend who can't eat gluten. She suggested ancient grains like quinoa. I also find my friend & I can eat grain products from other countries.
You mentioned coconut numerous times. I hate coconut! Is there something else I can use instead. .It wasn't until about 6 months ago that I realized how much soy is used in food. I opened a can of tuna, it tasted horrible! I almost threw up. It didn't taste spoiled though. Reading the label it only had water, salt ,tuna,and soy in it. I started reading more labels and found that it was in so many foods. For people who don't know. Tofu is fermented soy, which is good for the digestive system

The first thing everyone needs to do is cut out all the processed crap and start eating real foods . This goes for vegans and meat eaters . Qualities of food:
1. Living (alive, sprouted, pranaful)
2. Wholesome (less processing the better, ex: brown rice > white rice, dates > fragmeted sugar)
3. Plant based (no meat, fish or eggs at all, self-made coconut milk is great milk alternative... beef < chicken < fish < *plants*)
4. Water rich (should emulate your body, around 70% water rich and 30% water poor, if you live more active, this can even out more)
Meal plan (17:20)
- Detox Juice:
- Seasonal Fruits for breakfast
- Grain Lunch: Chapati/Brown rice with Sabzi
(Any favorite whole grain pretty good as well: quinoa millet, amaranth, buckwheat, etc)
(daal or tofu/tempeh great for lifestyles req.ing more protein: kids, athletes, otherwise not necessary)
(will skip 4 to maintain empty stomach)
- Dinner: Salad and/or soup and/or cooked/steamed vegetables)

@@deniseabrown4387 Chapati is an Indian flatbread, used as the main grain of a dish, think tortilla or something similar. Satvic movement recommends making them with an equal combination of whole wheat flour and any shredded/blended vegetable kneaded and cooked fresh with just fire on a pan. Honestly I haven't been able to find the time to do this everyday, so I just use a whole grain like brown basmati rice (most satvic rice), quinoa, buckwheat, or millet, or even a combination of two of these (make sure they have similar cooking times if so) as these are all fantastic grains to use for your meal.
Sabzi is just a vegetable dish, and will often just be the vegetable portion of your meal. Satvic movement has a formula to follow which simply involves using two seasonal vegetables and a blended gravy: ua-cam.com/video/8U241PUvYOA/v-deo.html
Here is a simpler example made from an Ayurvedic perspective, this one takes only 15 minutes.
