This is an absolute beast of a workout. I have been rocking with y'all for 16 months now. I'm down 37lbs. I started using 20lb weights and have worked my way up to 35lbs on all the workouts except this one and the AMRAP. I use 30lb. I use 35lb kettlebell's. I have a small gym basically thanks to y'all. 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 lb weights. 25, 35 kettlebell's, a bench , a mat. All I need now is a medicine ball and some resistance bands. I love you two

While I have been faithfully doing these workouts for a year, this challenge allowed me to challenge my husband to join in. He and I both lost weight three years ago, and as a result my husband lost a lot of muscle mass. Weight loss completely cured his sleep apnea, but now the challenge is for him to regain muscle! I see through comments that you have a large audience of upper 50’s. Building muscle and bone density becomes even more important. Lifting our 75 lb tandem kayak up on to the car will be much easier this year. ❤ Thank you!
I just bought a used 120 lb. sunfish sailboat and experienced the thrill of putting that on top of my honda element for the first time last week (with help). Glad I'm working out!

Week 1, Day 5 [28/04/23]; Workout completed! Six months ago I wouldn't believe I'd do a Tabata workout with dumbbells and here I am. How cool is that? Also, I've noticed that while doing exercise everything in my life is better: college, mental health, relationships, etc. It is as if everything that worries me and increases my stress is released, for this reason I'd truly like to thank Juice & Toya, what you guys are doing is amazing.
The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.
At first I smiled ‘cause I thought this difficult workout is finished but at the end, that sneaky finisher got me saying “Here we go again.”. But its challenging tbh. 🔥

Day 5 Wk 1 2023 Summer Ready Challenge: Ok so this one got me. I was already feeling the soreness from the four days before today, so was not expecting the WorkOUT today. I was able to keep up and the sweating was in full effect. I felt really good during and after this workout. Ready for recovery day tomorrow!!

2023 Summer Ready Challenge Week 1 - Day 5 Honestly, I love tabata workouts, so this one was definitely my favorite workout this week. With tabata I am allowed to really give it my all for each exercise and set without getting too tired. When each exercise is close to a minute I find myself going hard at the beginning and slacking towards the end. So, this workout was the perfect way to end week 1. Can’t wait for week 2. ☺️
I started your workouts 2 months post partum and loving every minute of it. Resuming my workout journey and your workouts are challenging that my parents and I do them! Thank you Juice and Toya! If possible, may you do a video for healing diastisis recti....that would be great!
I did this without the best I could with a sprained wrist. Used strap on weights on bad wrist side, slowed me down a bit, some improvisation, but still sweaty and loved it. Awesome! Love you guys ❤
What I love about your routines is that I can feel that I am working muscles that I don't normal work. Over the years I have found that neglected "stabilizer" muscles can cause pain in other locations. Also the amount of sweat produced during! 😄 The amount of times I say, "ARE YOU KIDDING ME!" as we transition into the next exercise, when doing a new routine.

I agree. I go to the gym and work out at home. I used to follow another YT program but I was getting unmotivated. I am not saying her program is bad but it was getting too predictable and I was losing focus. I decided to give J & T a try and OMG, I am loving their workout program. I also find their short workouts are just as effective, if not better than longer workouts by other instructors. They deserve more subscribers.

I legit said some bad words when I THOUGHT I was done but learned of the finisher!!😝😝😝 This was a GREAT strength workout and got my heart pumping! Almost 300 calories in 30 minutes 😱😱😱

Every time I come back I always think to myself remember that there might be a finisher, and I always forget at get surprised at the end. Didn’t think I had the tenacity, but once again I surprise myself with what my body is capable of. Came into today feeling better than yesterday which was a good sign. Week 2 Day 5! Was honestly not feeling in the mood to workout but had to stick to the schedule hehe, did this workout with 10lb weights and at my own pace since I was feeling tired today. The last group was my favorite, I'm a fan of ending on exercises that fire up the abs 🔥

I have to appreciate this once again. I balance my workouts with you by doing this one 1-2x a week at most, with your bodyweight, light weight, and finshers on the other days. I feel best not skipping a day. Hope that's not obsessive, but I'm ok if it is. Going off transformation and the way I feel, it's GOOD.

Just finished this workout on my 1st day back being active. I enjoyed it! Great exercises and warms ups from beginning to end!
I legit said some bad words when I THOUGHT I was done but learned of the finisher!!😝😝😝 This was a GREAT strength workout and got my heart pumping! Almost 300 calories in 30 minutes 😱😱😱
same!!!! Also burned around 268 calories according to my garmin.

My 30th wedding anniversary is next summer and we are using these video's to get in shape for our blowout vacation to celebrate. Love this workout.
Every time I come back I always think to myself remember that there might be a finisher, and I always forget at get surprised at the end. Didn’t think I had the tenacity, but once again I surprise myself with what my body is capable of. Came into today feeling better than yesterday which was a good sign. Body feeling great, mental feeling great! Day 5 ✅ LET’S GO!

This has been one of my fave’s of yours that I’ve done! I love the different weight movements, and I also love that it’s fast paced so I can feel the cardio as well! I really wish You Tube had a two-thumbs up option instead of just only a one thumb up because I want you to know I really loved this one!
Yeah that's true workout to get more stronger and healthy too and also why doing it let eat more of eggs, vegetable 🥒 and others it will help us get more healthy fitness life i know that it has been helping me grow faster in my fitness journey too so try it

Week 2 Day 5! Was honestly not feeling in the mood to workout but had to stick to the schedule hehe, did this workout with 10lb weights and at my own pace since I was feeling tired today. The last group was my favorite, I'm a fan of ending on exercises that fire up the abs 🔥

Week 2 day 5 - This workout is killer!! So much sweat! This one always makes me feel super accomplished and strong once completed, the finisher at the end really just takes it to another level. Love this workout, so challenging and fun!

I have to appreciate this once again. I balance my workouts with you by doing this one 1-2x a week at most, with your bodyweight, light weight, and finshers on the other days. I feel best not skipping a day. Hope that's not obsessive, but I'm ok if it is. Going off transformation and the way I feel, it's GOOD.
