Hi, my wife and I really love the 20 min 1 dumbbell tabata workout with Ash and do it regularly. It has a warmup and diverse exercise routine.
I eas excited to see this new video but was disappointed to see that although it is 30 min tabata, it is very repeatative.
The exercises are the same just on repeat, once with dumbbell and once with kettlebell and then repeated again. 😕
Thanks for the feedback Andrew. We can understand how many people like the repetition, while others don't. Rest assured we'll have plenty more to come :)
Sometimes it's not about the repetition but the focus, the annihilation of the movement, and the intensity. Practice makes perfect as they say. You can always make the workout harder by adding weight, adding tempo, etc. Good luck.
