      i skipped the drop on most of the 2nd set using 20lb dumbbells.

      I found that the arm exercises (curls, skull crusher) are getting very difficult if I choose the right weight for the others (single set of adjustable dumbbells). Would recommend doing it with two separate sets (medium and medium-to-heavy), if available.

      Ill be using 35 lb dumbbells since I am more advanced and athletic 😉

    For those who are going through a tough time, just remember it’s just a phase and this shall too pass.

    I started home workouts during Covid and after returning to the Gym realized I preferred working out at home. I’ve tried so many different videos, and I’ve had a lot of success and then I found your videos and you literally make me want to do these workouts. You guys are so stinking cute.     I used kettlebells for 90% of this workout, followed by 15 minute cardio/HIIT/plyoz. As always, this workout was challenging yet fresh and motivating. Thank you, J & T!

    Just tried the 30 minute drop set strength training with the 50 lb dumbbells. Can’t believe I made it all the way through. I was sweating so much and burned 370 active calories alone with that workout. Surprisingly I didn’t hurt myself or pull anything. I feel proud of myself 😃

    I love your workouts! I do think it would be helpful on the videos with 2 different weights, if you could tell which size you are using. Sometimes it is difficult to tell.
