I found that the arm exercises (curls, skull crusher) are getting very difficult if I choose the right weight for the others (single set of adjustable dumbbells). Would recommend doing it with two separate sets (medium and medium-to-heavy), if available.
For those who are going through a tough time, just remember it’s just a phase and this shall too pass. Keep grinding , stay positive, eat well , drink plenty of water and NEVER EVER GIVE UP. Live at prime🔥

Just tried the 30 minute drop set strength training with the 50 lb dumbbells. Can’t believe I made it all the way through. I was sweating so much and burned 370 active calories alone with that workout. Surprisingly I didn’t hurt myself or pull anything. I feel proud of myself 😃

i skipped the drop on most of the 2nd set using 20lb dumbbells.
