Perfect work out for people with ADHD. You get the repeats, but mixed up in shorter sets so you don’t get bored, but you still get a consistent workout. Love it!
As always, your videos get my day started in the best way. Yes, I’m exhausted, but also I feel so accomplished and I know I can handle anything that comes my way. 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
Week 4 Day 1 2023 Summer Ready Challenge: I was not ready for this workout. Toya you got me with this one. This was a great workout. I was sweating and even used 5lb & 8lb weights. I stuck to the 5lbs mostly due to some lower back pain. I will definitely be doing this one again to see if I can keep up. I liked the groups/sets with repeats, It gave me a chance to improve the move as best I could.
Holy moly that was tough! After the second group my legs felt like wet noodles but feels so good to know I got through it! Those hamstring walks were a killer at the end. Working out with you guys is now the favorite part of my morning, even before coffee❤❤❤!! I get bored with my workouts pretty quick but the variety you offer helps keep me interested and engaged. Keep feeding us this amazing content!

Going to be a looong day but I love the fact that I'm feeling the work I put in! This one is my new fav lower body workout! I see you Juice! My favorite workout! If you don’t like something, you are done with it in 20 seconds… lol. Also the music was SO 🔥🔥🔥(especially groups 3 & 4)!!! It’s a preference for me & makes me happy I can play it around my child! Did this mostly with 25s 💪🏾💪🏾

This was a really good workout. I did it at 630 AM and it went by so quick and I felt amazing afterwards!!! More of these types of strength/hiit workouts please :)

tried this workout definitely very effective as my lower body was aching the next morning! Fave workout! slowly increasing my workout time to 30min, as I used to do 20min only. So thank you soooo much for this killer workout!
SRC W4D1 done...i do this tabata often and i love it. I did so my better than the last time on the last set of exercises 👌. Warmed up with 15min step to the beat...added lower body emon and the iso finisher 🔥🔥🔥 protein intake ✔️ hydration ✔️ hope i sleep on time tonight 😂🤦

Week 4, Day 1 [15/05/23]; Workout completed! How bittersweet it is to be in the last week, being so excited for having made it for the challenge and finishing strong, thinking of the first day me and how I had no idea I'd get this fat in this me vs me, again. but realizing the challenge is finishing and it feels so soon haha. I really love the "you are your only competition" because I'm absolutely winning. This one was HARD, but we made it!
W4D1 SRC2023. Loved starting my day with this one. I have done it one other time and felt like I did better. I used heavier weights. And I’m getting better at the hamstring walks. 🙂
First time I used 12lb only for the swings and 15lb second time around(fitted in the lower body stretch) 12lb again for the dumbbell swings and 20lbs for the entire workout. Feeling strong & proud.
I just finished this workout. I had to go back to double check if this is an advanced workout and it is. lol This workout will definitely get the body nice and tight.

So, my personal challenge (me vs. me) today is to go "guzzle" some water (more than usual) after this workout. FYI: Groups 3 & 5 were the hardest for me but overall, I'm definitely less sore than last week. I choose to believe that means I'm getting stronger. :)
This was rough, I had to pause twice and take a breather for a minute, and the last set omg I was laying on the ground trying to get my legs up crying but I’m so glad I pushed through, I didn’t give up ☺️ Ty juice and toya 🫶🏼

W4 D1 SRC Struggled today. I really don’t enjoy lower body workouts on their own. But I got through this one today because I needed to challenge myself. Had to drop the weights on the lunges and last exercise.

Started following your channel yesterday, which also marked my first workout this year, start weight is between 189.5lbs and 191lbs. Short tee Goal weight is about 170lbs. I will be following this channel only and eating healthy, will report back March 1, *nervous sigh*
This workout made really wanted to strive harder. 🤣 Had to skip half of the group 3 since it was so hard for me that I can't almost hold my breath. Great Workout ! I would like some more compound hamstrings strength exercises like at the end. Strong Hamstrings are vital!!!
