Hi Mizi! I've been doing your 20 minutes full body workout challenge for almost a month now but today I wanted something different... and I found this 40 minutes workout with dumbbells. I looveee it! ❤ I had to use 2 sets of dumbbells because my shoulders are hurting and I couldn't do the lateral raises with a 6 pound dumbbells but I used a 3 pound instead and I was fine. Thank you for an amazing workout! It'll be part of my weekly workout routine from now on. 😊
I just did this and I love it! It is not that easy at all but I love the clear, effective and slow and methodical workout! So awesome workout!! Please do more of this with weights. The only issue at all is the music. Have some more popular music that you want to do this with. More upbeat songs we know. I want to do this WO alot but can't stand the music.

Day 10 I am still sticking by ... I still hope I get back more often. Well at least in between last week I ran 2 times about 30 mins and had a tennis. I will come back on Monday. First 23 ins went fast and then the next 8 mins felt longer than 23 mins haha. It was amazing as always thaaanks Mizi
