This was great - I was looking for exercises that flow with the body's natural movements - not just horizontally and vertically -- like everyone else out there! You guys are awesome. Thank you.
Juice and Toya are my kind of people. I've been doing their videos for several weeks and see a major difference in my body. There videos are not complicated like some are. Their exercies are the kind I love to do. I'm 130 pounds over weight. And finally got a doctor that caught that I have a severe anemia. Now that I got that fixed I feel like a different person and I can work out hard. I think alot of people have mineral or vitamin deficiencies and don't even know it. You can't always tell that there is an issue like that. But I'm very greatful for Juice and Toya for I now won't watch anyone else. You don't have to do super complicated moves to get an intense work out. I like the simplicity but it's very effective.
Today I decided to try your HIIT workout and absolutely loved it! Thank you very much. I'm 56 all the way from Kenya. I decided to take up strength training mid this year and kept searching for a good trainer to follower since I prefer to work out from home. Once I found this amazing couple my life changed! In the last two months I have had amazing results just following your strength workouts. I started with twice a week and I couldn't do anything else in between. Now I have progressed to 3 times a week and taking walks on my rest days. I have also been able to lift a little heavier. I didn't want to get thin and weak through IF but to loose body fat and gain muscle. In 2 months I have lost 2kg but most importantly I am able to fit in clothes I couldn't fit before. I feel strong, happy and energetic and I'm planning to keep this going till I'm 86! 😃
I just started your workouts 2 days ago. I love them so much! They don't make me feel weak or unable to complete. When I'm finished I feel so accomplished and happy! I'm on a journey to lose 110lbs and these videos make it seem possible.

I lost weight so fast after changing my eating habits, but I wasn't doing strength training and have loose skin on my belly, inner thighs, and back of arms. I just wanted to comment thank you for making these workouts. I had foot surgery in September and couldn't go back to the gym due to having a pin in my toe and only being able to stand on one foot. Now that the pin is out and my wound has fully healed, I've done your workouts several times the last 3 weeks and have actually enjoyed them. I also wasn't able to do things like lunges or calf raises, but today I was able to do all the exercises while it still being challenging. These routines are really well put together for being home workouts and are great for living with renters who live below me. Also, congrats on having your little one, they're adorable!
I love that you have a variety of exercises and just the right amount of work and rest intervals!! 62 years young and SO appreciate your awesome program!! 🙌💪 The living room setting is really pretty, too!! 🤩
Oh my goodness! I was so glad when I came across their channel a few years ago and I thoroughly enjoy their workouts because they are so adaptable for any body type as well as where you are in your fitness journey. Another reason they are my “go-to” for workouts, is because you get an amazing workout without feeling drained or exhausted. And this workout is a perfect example of that type of workout. Admittedly, I normally do not like workouts that combine weighted exercises and bodyweight exercises, but, for me, this was pure perfection. Even when it came time to switch from weights to no weights, I never felt that my heart rate came down to the point where it felt as if I was losing out on the workout. I understand how HIIT workouts are supposed to work 😄😄, but some just don’t feel right to me due to the combinations or the manner in which the workout is structured. However, again, this one is spot on! Thank you for all you guys do! And though I am late to the game, congratulations on the birth of your son!

I have POTS and am just getting back into exercise after a period of sickness and a chronic illness flare. I almost forgot about you guys and was feeling so unmotivated, but this feels like working out with someone, which is great! I did the whole first half unmodified then the second half I only did the second half of the timed sets. Proud I moved the whole 30min!
This was fun and fast! I loved it! I felt challenged and boy did I sweat. I'm a 61 yo grandmom, mother and wife. I've written before, but not a whole lot. I did feel compelled to say this, though. Don't you worry about not putting anything out lately. You have SO MANY great workouts, we won't run out!! I'm looking now to see what my leg workout is going to be after I get off work and walk the dog. Y'all take care of yourselves and Baby Jakai (sp). We never know what is coming our way in life. When you're expecting your first so many things can go wrong... in your case it just went differently. Not as you expected, but I do hope everyone is getting better, healthy, and thriving. Love you both, been following you for a little over 2 years now and love having watch you grow from 400K. 🥰
Very deceptive workout. For 12 mins my heart rate measured 162bpm!! I didn't think this workout would get my heart rate up that high for so long!! The 25s with 5s pause helps as well, cos when you feel like Ur dying, its only 25s with a mini break. But I think the shorter breaks helps with keeping the heart rate up too. Also great cos the weights used wont interfere with the weightlifting days, as hopefully, my muscles won't feel to fatigued. Definitely will have this workout on my rotation. Toya, you smashed it and 5 months pregnant as well!! Qwan!! 👍
Love this workout , I'm so used to doing your full body or legs with dumbbells 15-25 lbs. that this one was great. I was skeptical at first cause said low impact but then read description and watch some of it yesterday and I was like man I need to try it. This morning 5:40am I'm drenched in sweat. I used 15lbs for this one and I was like hmmm not heavy like normal wont do much , but man oh man it was a sweaty mess. Thank You

Heartrate up! This is not boring at all! I did it with water bottles and it feels so good! Caution, sweaty! Low impact but high intensity!
