It's great how you try out all the different options of workouts, Jean. It's so important to change exercises and continue to challenge the body.

A perfect complement to today's earlier core work. I made sure to make this routine my own by engaging in more aggressive arm moves when doing footwork: hard punches as well as leg strength moves. I had a really good all around exercise day with you, Jules...Anastasia

Thank you so much! I have cerebral palsy and it’s difficult to do mat exercises sometimes. I always feel better after doing a workout. I also like that there are longer and shorter videos as my energy level isn’t always the same.

excelent work out class im due for an operation i basically cant do regular excersize but your work outs really get my heart pumping they say u need to be fit for the OP so i thank u so much for helping me pump up my heart n at the same time feeling relaxed

Hi..thanks for all your hard work is this suitable for people with spinal stenosis ? because I’m trying to encourage my mother 😅
I would suggest trying any of my gentle seated workouts and then she can determine whether she likes those or feels she wants more challenging ones. I have playlists for the gentle, beginner and intermediate workouts.
