This is one of your best ones for me because you find sneaky ways of working the legs using squat like movements rather than lunges. Also I love the option of shorter intervals which seems to encourage me to work harder. The pop of pink gives a bright uplifting colour as well. ❤

I have to say as someone who is used to doing intense cardio workouts your workouts are a nice change of pace. I made all the moves more intense by keeping my arms above my head and bending my legs more. Still got 2836 steps in! I love the stretches at the end you rock!

I really do like these videos that switch to walking in between every different exercise move. I find them easier to do, but still challeging enough to feel like a get a good workout.

I did this video work out the other day and was pressed for time so I didn’t get an opportunity to comment and tell you how much I love this video. As I’ve said before some days along workout or walk, doesn’t always fit in with your schedule. And I love the opportunity to be able to do one or two shorter videos a day. This one was particularly fun because it was challenging and on those days when you’re a little attention deficit challenged it really keeps your mind focused changing every 15 minutes. Another great job and again you have brought me so far on my recovery and keep all my muscle groups working and challenged. Have a fabulous day.
I've spent the last three days visiting with family...and doing 30 minutes of laps in the pool each day. Today is my first day back to 2-mile morning walkabout and then afternoon aerobics. This was a good "getting back to it" workout!
