I have been doing this for 3 months this is my 4 month and I have definitely noticed the change and people have been telling me I have been slimmer than before I Have Lost 15kgs in these 3 months! For beginners- I know it must be soo difficult for 1st week but! Trust me dear it will get more and more easy for your body and your muscles will crave for it! • Don't compare yourself to anyone just remember on insta and UA-cam u see the best version of everyone • Don't skip meals just don't overfeed yourself • Go slow but don't skip! • Be patient for the results please • And! If you have gained 1 kg or 2 don't worry! You haven't gained weight it's the muscles you have got from working out because muscles are heavier than fat.. ~I know it hurts but not more than people staring at you walking down the streets So! GET STARTED! 💯💯
I don't wear a fitness watch anymore as I got too obsessive with it so couldn't care less how many steps/calories all I know is my heart rate got up and got a good sweat going, most importantly I enjoyed every minute of this....especially the music, don't know why others didn't like it, I found it so motivating! 🥰
If you wonder about the steps and calories, I did one and half of this video and did 4,500 steps with burning 321 active calories and 391 total calories.
Hey Eleni, you probably wont see this but you literally helped me help my parents to live pain-free, my mother broke her leg when i was just 6 months old (18 now) and she still has the side effects of it with the metal plates being inside her skin, this effected her as she had a pulmonary embolism around 2 years ago in peak covid days. She recently started completing of a knee pain and suspected it to be due to her weight and as for my father he has high sugar so all three of us are doing your workouts together, my mother said her knee pain is getting better and better by the day. So i wanna thank you making these no jumping workouts that is suitable for anyone no matter age, disabilities etc..... Thank you so much

I’m recovering from a foot fracture where I literally couldn’t walk for 2 months and I’ve been anxious about going back to the gym because I’ve gained a lot of weight + lost muscle so the intensity of my normal routine would have been extremely overwhelming and thus I would’ve felt sad, stressed, and self conscious. When I say this video was PERFECT it’s an understatement. The intensity was exactly what I needed, something that got me moving again, with my heart pumping, without feeling sick in the end. Not to mention that it was also the perfect intensity for my foot! Lots of little steps to gain back strength without any jumping or chance of getting hurt. Ahh I’m so obsessed with this video!! Definitely will keep doing it everyday. Thank you for helping me feel like myself again through this recovery! 💖💖💖

First of all: the workout itself was great again! Unfortunately, in my opinion, the music in the first half did not fit. I just could not find a reasonable rhythm. In the second half it was fortunately then better again! I have nothing against the type of music, but the beat would have to fit somehow to the exercises. Nevertheless, a big thank you!!! Non-stop is my favorite!! I always work through the rest periods, but there’s something extra satisfying when the workout transitions are seamless.

3,356 steps for me. Similar when I walk outside. 😅 Time went fast with this one. The transitions are fluid.
